She walked directly to me and my poor heart started beating so fast. "Hey Bobby, would you wanna accompany me to the paddy field?" She asked and I wanted to agree immediately but waities I've a question.
"Why me out of everyone?" I asked and she murmured something inside her breathe. I heard only the last word 'idiot'. Was she scolding me? "May I beg your pardon Ms. Agalya ?" I asked with a straight face.
"Nothing Mr. Aarav, everyone was busy with some work. You were the only one free and idle, so..." She dragged flashing her fake smile.
"Haha you guess I was idle, I was busy... I was busy with some hospital work" I retorted even though I was scrolling through Insta for the whole time.
"Uhm... Then ok, I'll go alone itself" she told dramatically and started walking. "Uh that's not a problem, I'll continue my work later" I told and ran behind her.
I followed her for just five minutes and we arrived at a beautiful paddy field. The climate, scenery and the extraordinary beauty in front of me, nothing helped me.
She squealed," the field is beautiful right?" And I nodded laughing. "We'll go to the other end come back. Okay?" She asked and I nodded. I didn't get to speak much or it was just that I was awestruck by the beauty, I meant the beauty of the field. Don't gimme that look.
