IF YOU'D TOLD EIGHT a month ago that she'd tell her life story to a stranger that she'd known for less than an hour, she would've probably laughed. Even at the Academy as a child, Eight was a very private person - that's why it was only Ben who knew the most incarnate details about her life, but now that he was dead and the rest of her relationships with the others were built on lies, she just had to tell the girl about what had went on in the past years.

And besides, she didn't feel like a stranger. June Choi was like her - possibly the person with the coolest powers she's ever heard of, so she technically wasn't that estranged.

As the two of them walked in the place where Luther apparently resided, Eight couldn't help but think that it really felt like Luther, if that made any sense at all. Loud noises? Animalistic rage? Yup, nothing screamed Luther more than that.

"It's really noisy in here." June mumbled, looking around the area. Groans and screams were heard from everywhere, and the place reeked of sweat and body spray. Eight cringed at the smell, trying to look around to spot Five and Vanya. They were both extremely small, so it was quite a struggle for her to complete the task.

"YEAH! BEAT HIM UP!" an unknown voice screamed. Eight watched June scrunch her eyebrows as she made her way towards the voice. As she hasn't found Five yet, Eight decided to turn after the girl - has she been here before?

Eight watched June slap a guy's head. The guy let out a soft ouch, rubbing his head as he turned. His eyes widened as he spotted the familiar girl.

"What the hell are you doing here?" June asked the man - well, not technically, but he sorta looked like one.

Eight popped up beside her, staring at the taller guy up and down. "Who's he?"

June grumbled, still giving him a death stare. "This is Daniel, the guy who I told you that I live with."

The guy, who Eight learned was named Daniel, looked at Eight. "Day, this is Karina. Or Eight. The girl I've been talking to you about."

Daniel looked at the two of them in confusion - which she reciprocated. "Holy shit. You were being serious?"

"I really hate to interrupt the reunion, but I need to go somewhere. I'll see you in a bit, June." Eight said, not really liking Daniel. He was too attractive. Yes, a very bad reason to dislike someone but she couldn't help it. There was just something about very attractive men that rubbed her off the wrong way.

June nodded, and Eight finally left the scene to look for Five. The girl was there for a few minutes, pushing past sweaty and drunk bodies until her eyes made it's way to the ring - mouth turning agape at the very familiar sight.

Was that Luther?

Her eyes widened at the pit as Luther came out next, looking all sweaty. Her eyes finally spotted Five, who was in front with Vanya.

"What the hell did I miss?" Eight asked, staring at the pit. Five quickly looked at her and gave her a smile, relieved that he was finally with her after a few hours apart.

"Luther is getting his ass beat." Five pointed out. Eight watched as Luther was in fact, getting his ass beat. The man punched him, but he stood there, not bothering to return it.

His opponent was a little confused at his actions, but nevertheless, punched him again. Eight cringed as she watched as he got beat up. "Hit me again." she managed to make out his voice in the midst of the crowd screaming.
