Chapter 30

XANDER

"Geez, having sex with your Wife is the most wonderful thing, my brother."

I almost let my phone drop and tears were rolling from my eyes. Fist was being formed from both of my hands and I don't know what to do. It is ruined -- I am planning to surprise my family because we finished all of our works in Germany and yet, I went home with this?!

I closed my eyes and tried to calm myself. Maybe I was wrong -- maybe he planned this -- maybe, he just took my Wife's phone and it is given a chance that he answered it. I sat on our bed and tried to understand things. Hoping that, what I have heard is not true.

Hindi ko gagawing makitid ang utak ko ng dahil lang sa tawag lang na 'yon.

I should calm my self. I tracked her phone and let my guards stand behind me. I let them studied the map where are we going to and we drove towards that place. I didn't even know where it is. Sumisikip ang dibdib ko at hindi ko alam kung bakit.

Baka ganito lang talaga.

What is this place? "Sir, sabi ng isa sa mga kasama namin ay dito raw madalas dinadala ni Sir Austin ang asawa niyo," one of my head guards -- Dominic told me.

Tinignan ko ang bahay at hindi na ako nagdalawang-isip pa na buksan ang pinto.

Bumungad sa harapan ko ang tarantang mukha ni Zaira at halatang takot na takot siya. "X-Xander..."

Sunod ko namang tinignan ang taong nasa likod niya. Nag-tiim bagang ako. "Tell me, Zaira. Bakit kayo lang ang tao dito?"

Nakita kong napapikit siya ng mariin kaya mas lalong kumulo ang dugo ko. "Hindi mo ba narinig ang sinabi ko kanina?" sarkastikong tanong niya. "We had sex." He even smired.

Hindi ko na-kontrol ang sarili ko at sunod-sunod na suntok ang ibinuga ko sa pisngi, sikmura at buong katawan niya. He was bleeding and all -- he was just grinning.

"PLEASE STOP THEM!" rinig kong singhal ni Zaira.

I was just about to take another punch and my guards stopped me. I fixed myself. "I'LL MAKE SURE YOU'LL DIE!" I said with burning eyes and pointed out Zaira. "AND YOU -- YOU ARE NOT MY WIFE," I said through gritted teeth.

I was about to walk away when she hugged from behind. "Xander...please, I-I'll explain... please," marahas kong inalis ang kamay niya sa akin at pumunta sa loob ng sasakyan.

Sumunod naman siya at tatabi na sana sa akin pero, inilayo ko ang sarili ko sa kanya. I just signaled them to drive us home. I was breathing hard and I have been wanting to scream at her. I want to throw away questions at her. Pero, hindi ko kaya.

"DAD!" agad namang sumalubong sa akin ang anak ko.

"Manang, pakipasok muna siya sa kwarto niya," sabi ko at tumango lamang siya.

"Dad?! Dad!"

I just closed my eyes and let them go upstairs. I waited for the sound of the clicking door and faced Zaira. "K-kailan pa?" I urged to ask her.

Lumapit siya sa akin at agad akong napaatras. "X-Xander..."

Hinawakan ko siya sa braso. "KAILAN PA, ZAIRA?!"

Napangiwi siya sa sakit at wala akong 'ni katiting na awa. "T-two months...Xander, I'm sorry."

Marahas kong pinisil ang isa pa niyang braso. "You were 'sorry'?! Fuck you, Zaira! Fuck you!"

I couldn't help myself, the sight that I was having was very dark -- dangerous dark. I looked at her and even pressed my nails harder into her arms. "Xander, n-nasasaktan ako!"
