Ready or Not (Mindless Behavior)

Chapter 2

"READY OR NOT HERE I COME" I hear a devilish voice say..I was hiding in a basement in an abandoned house...

I escaped a serial killer but I guess it found me..I escaped with four other boys..

Their names are Prod, Prince, Roc, and Ray they're in a group called Mindless Behavior. My heart is beating like a drum.

We hear "READY OR NOT HERE I COMEEE!!" with footsteps getting louder and louder and closer..

We cover our mouths to hold in our screams of fear...

Suddenly we hear the footsteps get louder than they were before like they were right behind us..

"Maybe we should sneak out the window," Ray said

"You go first," Prince said as he pointed to me...

I went first, then Ray, Roc, Prince, then Prod...

We were about to start running until we heard a scream from Prod!

"He got my foot!!" he said struggling and squirming

All four of us pulled as hard as we could and he slipped out the window...

We ran as fast as the speed of light and never looked back. We stopped by a tree to catch our breath from running so long...

"Do you know why that is chasing us!?" Roc said

"No it almost killed me back there thanks y'all" Prod said

"You're welcome"

"LOOK!!" Ray said pointing behind us..

It was a tall shadowy figure with an axe in its hand..

I was frozen with fear until I felt someone pulling on my arm...

"Come on!!" Prod said as he was pulling me away

All of us started running until we couldn't see it anymore...

"Wait, where's Prince? I said

"I thought he was ahead of us" Roc said

"We have to go back for him.."

We ran back to the tree we were at before...

We found Prince screaming and shaking at the top of the tree..

"Help me down!"

We put our arms in front of each other as he leaped like a frog out of the tree..

"Thanks" he said dusting his clothes off and fixing his afro.

"We gotta go now I think it's getting closer.." Roc said

We were about to start running until I felt a hand on my shoulder...
