We got to the mall and the first place we went was me nail salon. We walked in sat down and waited.
Y: if your picking my nails out then you might wanna be looking something up
P: I already have something picked out
Y: like what
He pulls out his phone and shows me this

P: yes
Y: well then you have to get your toes pastel pink
P: no
Y: well then I guess I'm not doing those nails

We got are nails and toes done and went to actually shop. My mom went to Old Navy which I hate so me and Payton decided to walk around and shop other places while she was in there.
P: so what store we going to now
I just smirked and he got very suspicious
P: y/n what store are we going to.
I pulled him into. You guessed it Victoria Secret
P: oh god no

P: I don't like you

I grabbed his wrist and pulled him in. I wouldn't let go of him because I knew he would run out as fast as he could. I started looking at lace thongs and looked at him and smirked just to see what he would do.

I ended up buying 3 lace thongs and 2 lace bras. When I got to the checkout counter I let go of Payton's hand knowing he would run out but to my surprise he didn't. He stood there with me. I pulled out my money and he grabbed my arm.

Y: what
P: I'm paying
Y: hah no your not
P: yes I am

He pulled out his card and handed it to the lady still holding my arm. I got out of his grip and put my money back. She handed me my bag and said

L: you guys are cute
Y: thank you but we're not together
L: oh, well you should be
P: hah

P: nothing

Payton POV

When she said that we're cute together I could feel a smile on my face but when y/n said that we weren't my heart dropped. After we walked away I looked back at her and she winked at me and then mouthed "your welcome" I smiled back and mouthed "thank you". We walked out and sat on a bench waiting for her mom.

Y: why did you do that
P: do what
Y: pay for my stuff
P: I wanted to
Y: but why, I have money
P: I know but I just wanted to be nice
Y: Payt thank you but please don't do that again
P: why not
Y: because I don't like people spending money on me
P: well then your gonna have to fight me
Y: I'm not gonna fight you I just don't want you spending money on me
P: well I'm your best friend I'm going to spend money on you
Y: not if I can help it your not
Y/m: you guys ready to go eat
Y: yeah
P: *sigh* yeah sure
Y/m: did I interrupt something
P: no your fine
Y/m: ok well let's go

Your POV

We got in the car and went to IHOP because why not. Me and my mom sat down and Payton went to the bathroom.
Y/m: soo
Y: what
Y/m: he likes you I can see it
Y: I like him to but I don't know
Y/m: what don't you know
Y: I just don't want to ruin anything
Y/m: look all I know is that he likes you and you like him, make something happen
Y: I want to so bad but I don't know how
Y/m: maybe you should just tell him how you feel

P: hey I'm back
Y/m: hey

P: you good

He sat next to me and the waitress came and took our order. She was kinda flirting with him which made me mad so when she came back with our drinks I put my head on his shoulder and gave her a fake smile. She just scoffed and walked away. When our food came it was a different waitress who was also flirting with him. I just gave up.

Y/m: so what are we doing after this
Y: I was thinking maybe we could go to the movies or something
P: that sounds fun
Y/m: yeah what movie
Y: well The Conjuring 2 is playing at 7
Y/m: are you sure
P: yeah you have never liked scary movies
Y: well I do now. I said and took a drink of my pop and looked out the window
P: sassy much
Y: very
Y/m: ok well it's 6 we have an hour before the movie what do you want to do
Y: well first me need to do our movie tradition
P: omg I remember that, I missed that
Y/m: I'm lost
Y: before I moved me and payt would go get snack and put them in a huge purse and sneak them in to the movie
P: yeah we would always get like five things of candy for each of us and then slushees from Sonic
Y: how about we switch it up this time
P: like how
Y: Taco Bell
P: omg yes but I want Chick-fil-a
Y: fine we can get Chick-fil-a too
P: yay
Y/m: ok you two we better get going
Y: yeah but first me need the check
Y/m: yes

And right after that the same waitress that brought out food brought our check

W-Waitress

W: this what you need
Y/m: yes actually
W: ok well, here you go, oops

She dropped the check and when she bent down to get it her face was right next to Payton's lap. He looked at her and looked at me with a "help me" look on his face. When she stood up she put a hand on his thigh with her finger very close to his dick.

W: here you go
Y/m: thank you

She got out her note pad thingy and wrote something on it and handed it to Payton. Before she walked away she mouthed "call me" and winked. He just smiled and laughed a little nervously. He looked at me and gave me a scared look.

Y: what is it
P: it's her number
Y: isn't she like 23
P: probably
Y: oh well just leave it
P: yeah she probably just wanted some
Y: hah probably
Y/m: again, lost
Y: you wouldn't get it
Y/m: ok, well we better get going
Y: yep let's go
P: yeah
