Y/N POV
I felt really bad for snapping at them when all they were trying to do was help me but it's just been a really stressful couple of weeks. I've had lawyers contacting me wanting to represent me and Becks lawyer tried to talk to me at home but that got shut down pretty damn quick. After being in the bathroom for thirty minutes I heard the door open, I still had my head down.Someone came over and started rubbing my back I looked up and saw all my wonderful friends and Cat was rubbing my back. 

"I didn't think you guys would come after the way I acted out there,I was an asshole" I told them and they all agreed but Andre said

 "yeah you were kinda rude but you're stressed out, and thats to be expected given what you've gone through".

 I almost didn't notice Jade in the corner I could tell she was about to cry. I apologized and asked everyone to leave and thanked them for caring. As soon as they left I opened my arms telling Jade to come see me, she collapsed on me and started bawling 

"I'm sorry Y/N,I'm so sorry, you don't deserve this. I'm a horrible girlfriend" Jade choked out and I lifted her chin to make her look in my eyes. 

"Baby what the hell are you talking about, you are amazing" I told her and she shook her head 

"he's MY ex boyfriend, he got mad at ME for liking you, he was already abusive to ME before he even met you, he would call me names...stupid, bitch, fat, ugly, whore and his favorite, worthless he called me it so much I believed him, until I met you, Y/N he had me wrapped around his finger because he knew I was scared to leave" she paused and took in a shaky breath.

"When I told him I started to have feelings for you, he looked happy but we've been together long enough I knew by looking in his eyes something was bothering him but I just didn't know"she sobbed and apologized again. I kissed her head and rocked her back and forth in my arms trying to calm her down and it seemed to be working. Still holding her I said 

"Jadelyn West none of this is your fault, okay, none of it. Beck is just an asshole who got jealous that he couldn't have you anymore and he didn't handle it very well" she scoffed and I continued 

"you had nothing to do with this and you are none of those things he called you Jadey you are the most beautiful person I have ever met and you are perfect for me". 

I lifted my shirt and pointed at my tattoo,

 "look at this tattoo, who's name is it" I asked and she replied softly

 "mine". 

"Damn right that's your name baby and that infinity symbol means you're mine forever and I will NEVER hurt you in ANY way, on purpose anyway if I can help it because I know I can be an ass sometimes" I told her and she chuckled agreeing with me. 

I grabbed her face in my hand gently and leaned into her ear, 

"I love you Jade, always and forever"

 I pulled away and moved to her lips kissing her passionately she kissed me back with the same passion if not more. When we pulled away Jade said

 "I love you too babygirl, forever and always" 

we heard a little giggle and immediately knew it was Cat Valentine we looked at each other and I said 

"come on in guys". 

Everyone followed inside the bathroom I glanced down at my beautiful promise ring and then looked at my beautiful girlfriend, I really wanted to spend the rest of my life with this girl.

Couple months later

Jades POV
Tori and I were at home getting dressed for court I wasn't wearing anything too fancy just a nice shirt with black slacks and blazer just enough to look presentable.bI  arrived at the house because I promised to be there with her the whole time.We were on our way there and Y/N started getting worried

 "what if they don't believe me just like the girls at school, and he gets away with it" she asked.

Toris dad shook his head "I don't think that will happen Y/N we have pictures and Tori is going to give her statement, it will be okay".

In court Y/N kept noticing Beck looking at her and glaring, trying to scare her but she wanted him put away so she didn't have to think about him being at the same school and seeing him everyday. When she went up to testify she looked at me scared and I smiled at her trying to ease her nerves. Tori also testified because she was the one who walked in when Beck tried to assault her. The jury looked at pictures of Y/N's neck and her wrists which also showed her scars and I think she was a little self conscious about it. After the jury deliberated they came back out and sat down the one holding the verdict paper stood up everyone was on edge.

 "On the charge of attempted sexual assault and abuse we find the defendant guilty" 

as soon as the jury member said that we all ran to Y/N, I wiped her happy tears away and kissed her gently.

Y/Ns POV
I was so happy he was going to pay, not for long but still, I don't have to see him anymore.After court the gang wanted to take me out to celebrate so we went to Nozu and I really love eating there now because that's where Jade and I first got together, plus they have amazing food. We got a booth and just talked Jade kissed my forehead and said 

"I'm really proud of you baby, it takes guts to sit up there in front of all those people and talk about something like that".

I put my head on her shoulder and said

 "thanks Jadey but I couldn't have done it without you guys, it's been hard and you all have helped me cope if I was the same person now that I was a year ago I don't think I'd be alive, you all have kept me alive" I started tearing up and so did everyone else.

I was so grateful for my amazing friends and girlfriend, I owed them everything. We went home after dinner and decided to have a sleep over we watched movies and played games, of course the first movie had to be scary

 "you just wanna have an excuse to cuddle with Y/N" Cat said smiling.

Jade smirked at me, put her arm around me and said

 "hell yeah I did" 

we all chuckled at her.
