Y/N POV
Toris dad walked in the door and he looked at me,I didn't even notice I was still on top of him. 

"ARE YOU GOING TO GET THIS PSYCHO OFF ME OR NOT" Beck screamed,

and Tori and I flinched. 

Mr.Vega walked to me and gently grabbed my arm, but I jerked it away 

"NO!! I'm not getting up until he has cuffs on" 

and Mr Vega gave me a stern look

 "please Mr.Vega" I begged and Tori agreed.

 "Honey get my handcuffs" he yelled to Mrs.Vega as she walked in with the handcuffs she asked 

"why did I need-" 

and her own question was answered when she saw the scene in her living room.

 Mr. Vega put the handcuffs on Beck as soon as they both walked away I broke down falling into Toris arms, just like the first day I came here. 

"Can you call my dad please" I asked Mrs Vega when I calmed down a little bit,

"Sure but I'm not sure what to say" she said and I replied

 "just tell him to meet us at the hospital and tell him Im fine but I just got in a fight".

"I'm just letting you know, I know Im not your real mom but I am your adopted mom and I love you just as much as the kids I birthed but I am not happy that you were fighting, I didn't raise my kids to fight like that" Toris mom said. 

Tori was visibly getting angrier and she couldn't take it anymore,

 "yes she was fighting mom but she was fighting to defend herself" Tori said

 and Mrs Vega asked "what could Beck do to you to make you beat him up like that". 

I sighed and clenched my hands around my thigh

 "HIM TRYING TO RAPE ME HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT" I yelled and immediately apologized.

 "No Y/N, don't apologize, I need to apologize, I had no idea and I'm really sorry" Mrs Vega said as she hugged me, for a really long time, but she was crying. 

Mr.Vega walked in and said "it's time to go to the hospital, now can someone tell me why I walked in and saw you beat him to a pulp".

"Because he tried to rape me, now can we go to the hospital so I can get the these cuts on my hand cleaned, who knows where he's been" I replied and everyone started walking out of the door

 "and I also don't want Jade to know, at least not until he gets locked up or something, because I don't want her going to jail for hitting him" I said and everyone nodded agreeing,

Tori grabbed my hand and we walked out the door.

Toris POV
I was sitting in the back sit with Y/N, we rode with mom and Beck rode with dad.
I was pissed at Beck but more pissed at myself for not doing anything to help Y/N, she almost got raped and she had defend herself because I was too scared to defend her myself.When we got to the hospital I took Y/Ns hand again and we walked in
