*Sapphire's POV*

I can't believe it...

It just cant be that simple!!! There is no one someone could just take another persons powers! Its completely unrealistic!!! Well at least for a gem it is.

I was still on my knees and a guard came crashing in

" HEY! YOU! GET UP!" he shouted at me

" If I could don't you think I would..."

" STOP BEING A SMART A** AND COME WITH ME!" he snapped

yesh, someones not a morning person...

" I told you cant stand up, are you blind or something..." i remarked

I guess people in the Underwood aren't the brightest people

" Well.... ya, sorry. I mean.... uhh... shut your trap man!"

" Im a girllll!"

" Ok, well I can't really do nothing about my sight... Toxonix took out my eyes because i don't deserve to see the all great and mighty." he said looking don in shame

" Well he's just a horrible, whatever the heck he is.... I actually don't really know what he is." I said

" well do you want the full story?" he asked

" Sure. but whats your name?" 

" Its, uhhh, well I can't really remember because Toxonix whipped everyone's memories... It sucks."

" I'll bet"

" But just call me whatever." he said with an actual smile

" Cool, hmmmmm. you look like a.... OH you look like a Zane! Ya that's a good name!" i said

He had black hair, red eyes, and torn up clothes. He was pretty skinny and he looked a little older than me.

" That sounds bad a**! I like it!"

" OK! For one, stop cussing. And two, tell your story dude!" i demanded

" Ok sorry, is it ok if I sit?"

" As long as the guards don't catch you telling me a story, than ya."

" OK!" Zane said excitedly

" So this is the story of Toxonix. He is a light controller along with his now dead brother that this chick named sapphire killed..."

" Uhhh.... Zane.... I am Sapphire...."

" WHAT!?!?! OH MY GOSH YOUR AN ELECTRIC HOLDER!!! And you killed one of the 2 leaders!!! Oh. My.Gosh!"

 "SHHHHH!!! Ya, i'm what you peeps called an electric holder, now shut up!"

" OH ya sorry, but as i was saying they both are light controllers. They are very rare people to be born, but they were both coal's sons. But as a specific prophecy told, one would turn light and one would turn dark. Coal, at the time, ha no idea what that meant, so he didn't give it a thought. But coal adored Pyrite and hated Toxonix because Pyrite could already control he power as a kid, and Toxonix seemed as if he wasn't going to have any power foe his life. It's really sad, but Toxonix grew corrupt and left light power for the dark magic of  shadows and meatoliot." Said Zane catching his breath

" Wow that's a lot to take in, but what will they do with me?"

" that, I don't know..."

*Emily's POV*

" SHE MADE A WHAT!?!?? AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!?!? ARE YOU A FRICKIN' IDIOT!!!" screamed Garnet holding me up by my shoulders against a tree

I'll tell you this once and only once, but Garnet is more of a mother to sapphire than our real mother...

" I'm sorry! I wanted her to come clean today after school  when we were going to ask her, but i guess there was a slight change in plans..." I said trailing off

" SLIGHT? SLIGHT! THIS ISN'T A SLIGHHT CHANGE OF PLANS! OUR LITTLE SISTER COULD BE DEAD FOR BLOODY SAKE'S!!!" she creamed

" GARNET! EMILY!" yelled Tj

" Stop trying to kill each other because Garnet is right, she could be dead. But she's not. I could tell." said Tj holding up the dragon gem

" WHY DO YOU HAVE THAT!!!" Me and Garnet screamed at the same time

" Because we need it now more than ever... Sapphire was taken by a light holder, or to be exact our great uncle Toxonix...." Tj stated 

" What!?! Uncle Toxy!?!?! WHY!!!!" I screamed

I do know the story of what happened to him, but me and Tj have loved him forever because he was family. He use to be one of us, until he left, just like everyone else in our family...

And yes, Pyrite was our great uncle too, but we hated his guts, thats it

" Come on, I know where to go." said Tj

He took his backpack off of his shoulders and grabbed a weird glowing white... pearl?

" This isn't what it looks like, but...."

" YOU TOOK MY OPALIGHT!?!!" screamed Caspar jumping onto Tj

" Yes i did. And for a good reason too, but bro... don't hate me..." said Tj as he threw the opalight gem onto the ground

He smashed it with his foot, but smoke started to appear around us.

" What The Heck..." I said 

" Claire. Parker. This is a mission for the Gems only, okay?" Said Tj Grabbing Garnet, Caspar, and I

" Whatever." sneered Parker

" Okay, Casp... Be safe. Uh, I mean everyone else also but, uhhh ya." said Claire jittery

" Will do." said Caspar

The smoke surrounded all of us and we started to be formed into a gigantic smoke bubble with us inside. It was differently hard to breath, but I survived.

" Were here." Said Tj

The smoke started to clear and I saw, well hell.

" Welcome to the underworld" said Tj

We all stood there in aw as a voice behind us started to speak

" It's pretty cool"

We all turned around to see Parker

" WHAT THE HECK!!! How could you be here!?!?! Only Gems could have transported" Yelled Tj

" Do I need to say any more?" said Parker with a defined smirk
