→ DONNA STOOD UP from the crate and walked to dick and octavia, "we need to talk." donna said.
"now please." donna said, walking away.
"why does it always feel like we're in trouble when it comes to you?" octavia asked, turning around.
"because you are in trouble!" donna said. donna turned and walked away again.
"am not." dick said, softly.
"i can hear you!" donna said, "bird boy."
"oh, that's my favorite." dick said.
"you too, little bird." donna said, pointing at octavia. "you know i hate that nickname!" octavia said.
"but it's cute, and it suits you... little bird." donna replied.
"i'm gonna use that." dick said.
"try it, and it'll be the last thing you ever say." octavia said, following donna. dick laughed and started following his sister.

back at donna's place, donna took out two beer bottles. one for her and one for dick. dick was seated at the head of the table and octavia was next to him.
"can i—" octavia began to ask.
"no." donna replied, putting the bottle next to dick, "you're underaged." octavia rolled her eyes.
octavia felt her phone buzz, she took it out of her pocket and looked at it.
"ALFRED"
"i gotta take this." octavia said, getting out of her seat. "be right back..." octavia said, walking away. donna opened her beer bottle and took octavia's seat.
octavia walked into a separate room and answered alfred's call, putting the phone to her ear.
"hey, alfred. what's up?" octavia asked.
"miss grayson, i hate to bother you like this but i need your assistance." alfred replied.
"yeah, of course. what's going on?" octavia asked.
"master bruce and i are leaving town for a while with the justice league. he asked me to call you to tell you to come back to gotham city to watch the manor while we are gone."
"what about jason?"
"master bruce doesn't want him to break anything... if you understand."
