WHILE I'M GONE.

└─── · 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚. ───┘

OCTAVIA AND JASON were in the alleyway behind the warehouse, backs facing each other as they changed.

"you wanna talk about it?" jason asked.

"what?" octavia asked.

"whatever the hell is going on between you and your brother." jason replied. octavia sighed and adjusted her shirt, "no."

"it's obviously bothering you." jason said, packing up his robin suit.

"it's not."

"but it is."

"i'm not talking about it." octavia deadpanned, standing up with her case, "let's go back to gotham."

"you really want to leave? without talking to dick? you want to go back to gotham and probably never see dick for like months? maybe even years?" jason asked.

"jason—"

"octavia. i'm serious. you have a chance to make things right and you're not gonna take it?" jason asked.

octavia looked down. jason sighed, walking over to her. he lifted up her chin, making her look up at him. "we'll stay in town for a little, and if you really... really don't want talk to dick, we'll leave. sound good?"

"fine." octavia said, smiling.

——

jason was asleep on the couch in the motel room that him and octavia were staying in for the night. octavia looked over at jason, his legs were over her lap and his hands were behind his head.

octavia looked at the clock, 9:47 PM, octavia groaned in annoyance and pushed jason's legs off of her lap, causing him to wake up.

"i'm up!" jason said, sitting up.

"i'm going out." octavia said, picking up a knife from the table and tucking it into her jacket sleeve.

"where?" jason asked.

"you know where." octavia answered blandly, opening the door and slamming it behind her.
