"What." Asked Richie, he felt a sharp pain in his heart and his cheeks flush
"I've been dating bill for a year." Said stan staring at his feet.
"I-I don't understand." Said Richie quickly pulling away from stan "you said you loved me."
"I do." Breathed stan
"I can't fucking do this Stan! You just keep breaking my heart." Said Richie turning to leave.
Stan watched his silhouette run away into the oncoming storm. Snow fell around him but he couldn't move. His heart felt numb. He loved bill, just not the same love he felt for Richie and now he had thrown that all away.
