5 YEARS LATER.

I sat in the rocking chair in the corner of the nursery, holding Darcy. My baby girl. She’s only a year old and I couldn’t love her any more than I already do. She had already stolen Harry’s green eyes and the little hair she did have was already curly. Not that I was complaining, she would be even more adorable when she got older than she was right now.

Her eyelids fluttered shut as her small pink lips formed a perfect ‘o’ and her breathing became slower. I planted a kiss on her forehead before carefully standing up and placing her in her crib.

I shut the door tight and walked down the spiral staircase and into the living room, searching for Harry. When I didn’t find him, I opened the backdoor and shielded my eyes from the sunlight. I saw him setting up tables and chairs in the middle of our ginormous yard.

The boys, Andrea, Annyssa, Alison, and Kelsey were all coming over today so we could catch up and fill each other in on our lives. No one but Louis and Alison had seen Darcy so I knew a big commotion would be caused when they saw her and how much she resembled Harry. Alison had a girl as well, and she looked so much like her. Even Liam and Danielle were blessed with two twin boys who I have yet to meet.

I walked outside and hugged him from behind. She jumped a little but relaxed when he realized it was me. He turned around in my arms and kissed the tip of my nose.

“How’s Darcy?” he asked, his eyes sparkling. He loved her so much and it was obvious that he did because when he saw her or spoke about her, his eyes lit up.

“She just fell asleep.” I smiled.

“Sorry I couldn’t help with that. The lads and them are coming over in about ten minutes and I’ve been slacking.” He chuckled, waving his hand at the scene around us.

“That’s okay, at least I made plenty of food for Niall.” I laughed.

He chuckled at the mention of his band mates’ appetite and pecked my lips. The boys were still together, but they all took some time off from making music and touring so Harry could help me with Darcy and so the rest of the boys could all focus on their personal lives. It was kind of nice having Harry home all the time.

I heard the faint sound of someone knocking on the door. I pulled away from Harry, grabbing his hand and pulling him with me to see who arrived first. I opened the door and was instantly greeted with a Horan hug.

“Niall!” I squealed, hugging him back as best as I could, considering he was crushing me, “I missed you!”

“Riley!” he mimicked me, “I missed your cooking!”

“Excuse me?” a voice said from the door way, “is mine not good enough?”

I pulled away from Niall and saw Andrea standing there, trying to have a tough look on her face but was failing miserably. I ran over to her and embellished her in a hug. “Andrea! I missed you, squirrel!” I said playfully. I called her a squirrel because she has such a short attention span.

She laughed and hugged me back. “Not too tight!”

I pulled away and stared quizzically at her. She placed her hand under her stomach and beamed at me. My eyes grew wide. “No way!”

“You best believe it!” she smiled.

“Oh my gosh, I’m so happy for you! You’ll have little Nialler’s running around!” I turned around and winked at Niall who was blood red.
