Three hours later and I still can’t fall asleep. I toss and turn, trying to get comfortable but I just can’t seem to be able to. I sigh with irritation and roll on my back and star up at the ceiling. Why can’t I go to sleep? I close my eyes once more and wait for sleep to take me away where I can love happily in my dreams that consist of me eating anything and everything and not gaining any weight and Christofer Drew. That boy is gorgeous. I feel my eyelids getting heavy and I let out a huge yawn as sleep finally decides to kidnap me.

In my dreams, I realize that I’m standing at the top of the Eiffel Tower, looking over Paris. I smile to myself, as I’ve always wanted to come here. Specifically with the person that I fall in love with but seeing as that hasn’t happened yet, this will do. I take a look at my surroundings, its night time but the streets are full of people. I decide to go down and join them. I turn around and look for a way down when I stop in my tracks. I see a guy standing in the shadows, leaning up against one of the bars, seeming as if he’s looking my way. I tilt my head to the side, trying to figure out who it is. I see him shift his weight and lean away from the bar, taking notice that I saw him.

          “Who’s there?” I ask.

The guy simply chuckles. It sounds eerily familiar. Where have I heard that chuckle before? I shake it off and try to make my way quickly around the guy, but he steps in front of me and into the light, stopping me in my tracks. I gasp, my jaw feeling like it fell straight to the floor as I slowly recognize the person standing before me. I take in his green-blue eyes, his full pink lips with a crooked smile playing on them, and those adorable curls falling in his face, casting a shadow on his cheeks.

“Surprised to see me, love?” he asked in that oh-so-attractive British accent.

“What do you think you’re doing?” I demanded.

“Well I dunno actually, this is your dream, remember?” he chuckled again.

          “Wait, what?”

“Shhh…” he trailed off, coming toward me and putting his finger lightly against my lips. I tensed up. What was he planning to do? He took my hands and put them around his neck and wrapped his arms around my waist. He took a quick glance at my lips before leaning in slightly. I felt his hot breath on my lips as he closed the distance between us.

I shot up in bed, a small scream escaping my lips. I curled my hands in fists, making me grip the blanket tighter in my hands. My breathing was shallow and I could feel my eyes about to pop out of their sockets. Did I really just have a dream about Harry? I couldn’t have. No. That wasn’t right. I just met him, so it couldn’t have been him. Right? I slowly lay back down, trying to reassure myself that I did not just have a dream about Harry Styles.

Harry’s P.O.V.

So Riley has been pretty much stuck in my mind all night, resulting in insomnia. I’ve literally been lying here, staring up at the ceiling for the past few hours, wide awake. Everyone else is fast asleep. It’s me and Louis in one room, Liam and Niall in another, and Zayn on the pull out couch. I look over at Louis who’s passed out on his bed across from me. He’s all tangled up in the blanket, his arm sprawled over his eyes.

“Pst,” I whisper, “Louis? Are you awake?”

“No, I’m eating carrots.” He mumbled and then rolled over.

I sighed in response. Talking in his sleep, yet again. I roll back on my back, stating at the ceiling once more, tracing its patterns with my eyes. It’s amazing what you can find interesting when you can’t sleep. I carefully slip out of bed and tip toe out of my room, careful not to wake Louis even though he’s a heavy sleeper.

I make my way towards the door and reach for the knob when someone stops me and puts their hand on my shoulder. I jump about a foot in the air and spin around to see Liam standing there with a smirk on his face.

“Little late for a walk in the park, don’t you think?” he asked.

          “I can’t sleep.”

“Why not?” he asked, concern washing over his face.

“Got a lot on my mind, that’s all.” I force a smile on my face but Liam sees right through it.

He sighs and leads me out on the balcony and carefully slides the door shut. He plops down on one of the lawn chairs and pats the one next to him, motioning for me to join him. I roll my eyes and sit next to him, leaning back in the chair, looking over L.A.

“What’s on your mind, Haz?” he asked. I smiled slightly at my old nickname.

“Just, that girl I went looking for tonight. I’ve been thinking about her nonstop.” I look over at my band mate. “Is that normal?”

“Well from the sounds of it, it sounds like you really like her.” He said a smile in his voice.

I only nodded in response. I felt a smile creep on my face as I remembered seeing her for the first time at the concert. Her body swaying back and forth to the music, her brown hair flowing over her shoulders. Her piercing blue eyes staring back at me when she found out I was serenading her.

“Harry!” Liam nearly shouted, waving a hand in front of my face.

“What?” I asked irritated at him for pulling me back to the present.

“If you really like her, then start simple.”

I raised my eyebrows at him, waiting for him to continue. He sighed in annoyance. “Talk to her.”

Those three words seemed to stick with me. Talk to her. That didn’t sound too hard. Why didn’t I think about that? Oh, right. I had. But every time I thought about her or talking to her, I got this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. But I guess I could give it a shot. It’s settled then, I thought, throwing a gracious smile in Liam’s direction. First thing tomorrow, I was going to talk to Riley.
