I decided that tomorrow morning; I would have a few words with Mr. Styles.

The next morning I woke up and the very first thing I did was call up Riley. She answered on the third ring.

“Hello?” she asked groggily. I looked over at the clock on the bedside table. It read 9:38. This is like the crack of dawn for her.

“Hey, Riles. Wanna hang out today?” I asked.

“Sure,” she said, sounding more awake, “what did you wanna do?”

“I don’t know, anything you want. But bring Harry. I want to meet my best friend’s boyfriend.” I smiled evilly to myself.

          A brief pause. “You sure?”

“Yeah I’m sure! How bout we go out to lunch in a few hours?” I asked, hopeful.

“Yeah, yeah that sounds good.” I could hear her smile over the phone.

“Alright, see you then!” I said, hanging up. This was gonna be fun.

Riley’s P.O.V.

Once I got off the phone with Adam, I literally rolled out of bed and went to the bathroom to shower. I decided to take my time since I still had a few hours before I had to meet Adam with Harry for lunch. I wonder what made him suddenly perk up like that. Last night he sounded all upset when I told him that I was dating Harry. But that’s Adam for you. Mad one minute and happy the next.

I got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around me, making my way back to my room. I went to my closet and pulled out white skinny jeans and a pink Hollister shirt and laid them on my bed. I dropped the towel and pulled my robe on, and sat down at my vanity. I ran the blow dryer through my hair before realizing that I hadn’t notified Harry that we had plans. Whoops. I picked up my phone and dialed his number.

          “Good morning beautiful.” He cheered.

I giggled. “Morning superstar. Not meaning to sound pushy or anything but we’re having lunch with my friend Adam today. He wants to meet you.”

“Adam? Sounds strangely like a boys’ name.” he chuckled.

“’Cause it is,” I laughed, plugging in my curling iron.

“Do I need to be worried?”

“Not at all.” I assured him.

“Good,” he chuckled, “then I guess I’ll pick you up in a few hours, love.”

          “See you then.” I smiled.

We disconnected and I went back to doing my hair.

Harry’s P.O.V.

No competition, she said. I hoped to God that she was right. I mean, Riley is the most beautiful girl out there. I was almost positive that this Adam lad had a crush on her at some point in his lifetime. But no competition, remember? I groaned and got out of bed, making my way to the shower to get ready for today’s events.

It was now 12:05 and I was parked outside of Riley’s home. She said she would be out in five minutes about ten minutes ago. I sighed and leaned my head back against my seat, shutting my eyes. I was so tired for some reason. Maybe if I just rest my eyes for a little bit…
