when this day ends, then it's been straight four days i haven't checked inside lucas' room.
"taeyong" i approached him, who was peacefully sitting on a chair, in the library while he read a book he had on his hand. he looked up, and seemed like he pulled out a fake smile. i sat beside him, and took a deep breathe.
"how is lucas doing?" i asked him simply, he closed the book and placed it on the table. he shook his head, as he bit his lips. "yesterday, he needed the oxygen mask again. he couldn't breathe properly again. he doesn't want anyone coming around his room as well..." taeyong answered my question, i pursed my lips together and felt my heart broke a bit.
he doesn't want anyone's company, but i think he just needs privacy. but it's almost been four days.
i just simply nodded, and broke eye contact with him. i looked away with sadness seen on my eyes.
taeyong grabbed my arm, which made me face him in again. i flinched, by his sudden actions. "hyejin, i need to tell you this. before he could ever finish his mission..." he warned me, with his eyes filled with serious thoughts.
what did he meant about mission? like ten said, he was into a mission like last year. after taeyong exposed a bit more, it made me impatient to hear what is exactly happening.
"don't you ever wonder why we call him heartbreaker?" taeyong asked, i widened my eyes and was surprised. is someone actually gonna explain me, why they are calling him that?
"of course i do, since the first time i met you. jungwoo called him that, which made me curious" i said and sat up more straight, as he saw how curious i looked. he sighed, and slowly let go of my hands.
"well you see, i know lucas would be so mad at me if i say this to you" he sighed, and was unsure if he should tell me. "but, i'll say it anyways" he sighed again, those words made me feel more calm.
"so what's the whole story?" i asked, i was so impatient.
"you see hyejin, he is trying to break you.." he bit his lower lip, my eyes widened. i furrowed my eyebrows, and shook my head. i didn't knew if i could trust him, lucas wouldn't do such things to me.
"no..." i let out a quick exhale, and shook my head. "lucas wouldn't do that to me.." i kept waving my head. "he cares for me right?"
"hyejin, you don't know who lucas is"
