Chapter 4

Beep~Beep~Beep

"Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" I groaned

As you can tell I'm not a morning person.. I hate getting off my bed. Why do I have to go to school?

I just stared at the ceiling. It was more fascinating than getting ready for school.

"SUNYOUNG COME ON YOU'RE GONNA BE LATE" my mom shouted

"Yeah yeah fine"

I got off my bed, went to the bathroom and did my morning routine. Then I went downstairs to get my breakfast.

"Bye I'll see you later" I told my mom, dad and brother

"Ok bye take care"

I reached the grocery's store and waited for Seohyun and Jihye so we can go to school together.

Oh finally Jihye's coming. "Yooo what's up?" We high fived

"Nothing much how about you?" I asked

"Same. Where is Seohyun she usually gets here first"

"Um I don't know let's wait for her a bit longer" I suggested

Jihye nodded.

We casually chatted about kpop and we could see Seohyun running to us. She stopped to catch her breath and then told us that her alarm didn't go off that's why she was late.

We still had plenty of time so we started walking.

"Hey Sunyoung?" Seohyun said

"Hm?"

"What happened with the text?"
She asked and smirked

Should I tell them about Jaehyun? I mean they're my best friends sooo, why not?

"He replied" I told them shyly

"HE? SO YOU ACTUALLY TALKED TO HIM???!!!???!" Seohyun screamed and I could feel everyone staring at us. Great!

"Yeah it's not a big deal relax"

"IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL??"

"So you're talking with a stranger? What's his name? Is he cute?" Jihye said and winked

"Giiirl tell us EVERYTHING"

Ugh there we go..

"Ok ok I'll tell you everything" i rolled my eyes. This is going to be a long talk.

"Look. I thought that he wouldn't reply to my first text because he didn't know me. But then I felt a buzz and saw a message. And wanna know what did it say? Well it said 'hey baby' with a winky face"

They both stared me in shock and their jaws had dropped to the floor.

"Are you serious?" Seohyun asked me in disbelief

"Yes. And there's more. He wanted to start a conversation with me and I told him that I don't want to talk with a complete stranger and he came back with 'you texted me first' and I was like 'sorry it was an accident' and that kind of bullshit but he continued to insist that we should talk. Then I said to him to not text me ever again and went to eat." Food is life XD

"Then what happened??" Jihye asked

I started explaining the rest of the story "...and his name is Jaehyun"

"You said he sent a photo of himself... So let me ask again, is he cute?"

"He's alright"

Why did i say that he is just alright?? He looks like a god

"CAN YOU SHOW HIM TO US?" Seohyun said excited

"OH MY GOD YES PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE!!!!" Jihye started begging me

"FINEEEE"

I took out my phone and showed the selfie he had sent.

Their eyes widen

"He is ALRIGHT??????????" they both shouted

"He is so fucking hot" Jihye said

"Ohh no the bell rung! Come on we're gonna be late" I told them and we started to run 

I don't know why but I was relieved the bell saved me. I didn't feel comfortable talking about him with Jihye and Seohyun.

Luckily, I reach class just in time and sat on my desk. I sit next to a boy named Sungjin. He is pretty shy but when you get to know him he turns out to be a very fun person to hang out with.

"Hi Sungjin" I waved at him

"Hi how are you?" "I'm fine how about you?" "I'm good" that's how our conversations usually go in the beginning of the class but later on we talk more

Our science teacher walked into and started talking. I was actually lost in my thoughts and didn't really pay attention to what he was saying.

Suddenly, someone knocks on the door.

"Come in" the teacher says.

The door flies open and oh..

"Sorry I'm late there something came up" he said

It's ok sit down"

He is Lucas... He is probably the most goodlooking person I've ever seen in my life. He is very tall with a godlike sculptured face, dirty blonde hair and a voice deeper than the ocean. And yes he is my crush. I've liked him since...I don't even remember. But, unfortunately, he doesn't like me back. We've talked a couple of times and i could understand that he only sees me as a friend..

"So as I was saying the project you have to make us until next week" the teacher said

Wait what?

What project?

I hate my life...

"I have already picked partners for you" all the students groaned

"So let's see... Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung, Jennie, Mark and Chaeyoung,............, Sungjin, Sunyoung and Lucas,....."

...Did i hear correctly?? No no no this can't be happening to me. Can't I change with somebody else?

"And no you can't change your partners. So good luck everyone"

Great. Amazing. Incredible.

Why just why?

Riiiiiing the bell rung

I could see with the corner of my eye, Lucas coming towards us.

"Hey guys" he said

"Heyy" Sungjin and I, said

"So when are you free for the project? We can do it at my house"

"I'm free every day after school" Sungjin said

"Umm...same" I said

"Ok you know where my house is right?" Lucas asked

"Yes" we answered at the same time

"See you later then" he smiled and left

I'm going to die.. Why is this happening to me?
