"The Jerk" Doesn't Believe In Love

We had colorguard practice after school. Because for the big game on Friday against our school's rivals, The Mighty Longhorns.

We went to the girls restroom next to the band hall to go change. I just put on a random t-shirt and some shorts.

We went to our lockers to put our clothes in our lockers.

We went inside the band hall.

Mrs. Rose, who's in charge of the colorguards, told us a little speech.

Then she told us to go practice where we usually practice, in the school's parking lot.

We went to go get our colorguard flags in the band's storage room.

We started walking towards the parking lot. We practice in the parking lot everytime we have practice.

We were practicing until we saw the football players running shirtless around the school.

We didn't finished practicing until five in the afternoon.

Junior and Steven were in the guys locker room.

''Yeah, so you're going out with the redhead?''

''Her name is Kimberly.''

''Since when you're going out with her bro?''

''Since Saturday.''

''You asked her out?''

''Yeah.''

''That's cool bro.''

''She makes me happy.''

''Don't tell me you're in love with her bro."

''What if I am?''

''I don't believe in that shit.''

''You don't believe in love because of what happened between you and-''

Junior cuts him off.

''Shut up bro! I don't want to talk about that.''

''Sorry bro, I won't mention it again.''

''Ok.''

When colorguard practice was over, we went to go change back into our clothes.

Then we went to go lock our lockers. I put my colorguard practice clothes inside.

Suddenly, Steven comes and said hi to us.

''Hey Ladies! Hey baby!'' He gives Kim a kiss on the cheek.

''Hey babe!''

''Let's go baby. Football practice is over.''

''Well you guys Steven is going to take me home. Bye girls!''

''Bye!''

Kim and Steven left holding hands.

''Don't they look cute together?''

''Yeah. It's adorable. I'm so happy for her!''

Caro and I went to a smoothie place after school. From all that practicing, made us thirsty.

After the smoothie place, I dropped off Caro at her house.

When I came home, I was so damn tired from practice that I fell asleep.

I dreamt about Junior. It was weird.

I dreamt that Junior was kissing me. I must really miss his kiss.

I woke up. It was nine o'clock at night.

I heated the dinner mom made us in the microwave.

Then I completely forgot I had homework to do for Mr. Cooper's class.

But thank god I asked Michael for help. He did my homework for me. How sweet of him!

At midnight, I was tired again. I went back to sleep.
