I am drilling into the skull using my micro-drill, and looking through my microscope.

The skull is removed, and now I am cutting the dura (thin covering around brain) so that I can reach the motor strip (part of brain associated with motor function). Jungkook is still spewing isotopic saline solution as I am doing work.
I set the micro-drill down, and ask Jungkook to hand me the forceps( tweezers) and scissors. I also ask him to keep pouring saline solution on the brain.

I also use a silk sutures to keep the dura back so that I have a clear view of the underlying brain.

"Suction, and elevator." I ask, and it's given.
Now, since the tumor is buried underneath the parenchyma (a functioning part of the brain), I'd have to pick a sulcus (brain wrinkle) to lead as my doorway to the tumor, without damaging the other brain structures, so it is carefully opened.
