"What happened are you okay?!" meleah said holding my face in her hands

"I'm okay... for now. I just feel like I should go home where I know I'm safe." I replied

"Home?! you think that's safe? they probably know where you live! your coming home with me to my hotel." meleah said grabbing me by the hand pulling my towards her grandmother

"Bye grandma thanks so much, ill call you later."meleah exclaimed and gave her grandmother a hug and then pulled me up the steps to go outside.

When we got outside me ran immediately to her car and drove away.

"When you were screaming and didn't answer me, what happened?" meleah said with wide eyes

"I was fighting off someone... I don't know who it was but he or she was attacking me and I hit them with a lamp to get away." I said putting a hand through my hair

"Just relax. everything will eventually be okay..." Meleah responded

"I tried calling Justin ... he didn't answer." I said looking out my window

Meleah looked at me with a confused expressing and said, " you know he's engaged right?... Selena probably ignored your call." meleah then noticed that she should have kept her mouth shut and shouldn't have mentioned the marriage

"What... t-t-there getting married?..." a moment of silence was in the car and I tried to hold back my tears

"That's great... y-yeah." I began

"Alissa it's okay to be upset" meleah put a comforting hand on mine.

"Since when did he start talking to her?!" I yelled

"Well ever since you left, she kept him comfort and you know... they fell in love again... the wedding is in a few weeks."

"I WASN'T EVEN INVITED!" I kicked my leg

"Hey! this is my car. respect it. I understand your upset but what are we going to do?"

Another few minutes of silence was made and then I whispered something

"She only wants his money." I whispered gently

"What?" meleah asked

"Nothing." I answered lifting an eyebrow

"Alissa, just because you don't like her doesn't mean she only wants his money... she's actually a really nice person, you should get to know her like me." meleah replied looking at me while her hands were still on the wheel

"excuse me?! You hang out with her? after everything that happened? I thought you were my friend! I thought I could freaking trust you! " I yelled

Meleah put her eyes back on the road but tensed up.

"WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T JUST JUDGE EVERYONE AND CAUSE PROBLEMS, IF IT WASN'T FOR ME, YOU WOULD STILL BE IN THAT HOUSE AND LOCKED IN A BASEMENT FOR ALL WE KNOW!" meleah said as she clenched a fist and her eyebrows went up

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! BRING ME HOME." I yelled making my body tense up

"What?! no!" meleah denied

"I SAID NOW! BRING ME HOME NOW!" I yelled as I opened the door and unbuckled my seatbelt

"You wouldn't." meleah said squinting her eyes.

I gave her a dirty look and then jumped, tumbling out of the car, rolling.

When I finally stopped moving I looked to see meleah pulling over

"GO AWAY! LEAVE ME BE! ID RATHER BE ALONE THEN STAY WITH SOMEONE WHO PRETENDS TO BE ON MY SIDE!" I yelled throwing a rock

"FINE. I NEVER LIKED YOU ANYWAY." meleah said running back into her car.

"Sure you didn't." I said rolling my eyes.

I looked at my leg and noticed I had skid marks and blood gushing on my legs. I got up and had to limp home in the dark

Street lights flickered and some burnt out but enough stayed on for me to know where I was going

Four or five cars passed by ever few minutes and no one stayed on the side walks for long.

I was alone. once again. with no one with me.
