Jen's Pov:
I take a quick shower and change into jeans and a t-shirt.
"Mom, dad, I'm grabbing lunch with a friend!" I tell them as I exit the door.
I unlock my dads pick up truck that he said I could use.
It feels weird driving it. It's the car I drove when I learned how to drive.
I remember being a little girl and having to be lifted into the truck because I was so tiny and the truck was so big.
I smile at the memories and head to Josh's house.
Thankfully I remember the way.
When I arrive Josh is sitting on the porch waiting.
"Hey!" He says opening the car door.
"Hi!" I reply.
It's nice just hanging out as friends.
"Okay I'm ready" Josh says buckling himself.
"To Pinocchio's Pizza Place!" I declare as I start driving.
"Pinocchio's Pizza Place?" Josh questions.
I laugh. I invited Josh to join me at my favorite restaurant.
"What, it has a good pizza!@
"It's probably not as good as Kentucky Kitchen" He says smirking.
"Uh yes it is!" I say looking at him like he's insane.
"That's just my opinion" Josh replies with a shrug.
"Well your opinion is wrong!" I tell him as a matter of factly.
He just chuckles accepting defeat.
When I see it I get excited and smack him in the arm.
"Ow!" He cries.
"Look!" I shout pointing to the place.
"PINOCCHIO'S PIZZA PLACE!" We both scream as I pull into the parking lot.
We run inside like crazy people.
