Josh's POV:
Jen enters angry, a tear falling down her cheek.
"Hey, come here," I say softly.
She kneels down beside me.
"It's okay, he's a jerk anyway," I assure her.
Jen smiles a little by my remark.
"Ready to go?" She asks.
I nod.
Jen leads me to the car and we drive to her apartment.
"I just want to let you know, I was going to come back," I say softly.
She smiles and wipes a tear.
"I love you," Jen says holding my hand as she drives.
When we reach my house Jen helps me into my boxers and a tank top and she gets in her bra and panties.
We lay under the covers and I hold Jen close to me as we stare up at the ceiling.
"I love you," Jen whispers.
"I love you too," I reply.
We kiss softly.
"We should get to bed, it's been a long emotional day," Jen says.
She closes her eyes and I close mine as I hold her in my arms.
