What a pleasant surprise

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while the last chapter had so much more writing and apparently it's not showing up on the story you guys let me know if the chapter isn't fully making any sense and I will do my best to fix it but anyway enjoy the new chapter!

Tessa's P.O.V

Remember when I told Sean about the little get together at my house? Well, I didn't realize my cousin was going to bring her obnoxious friend Joseph, whom I loathe to bits, to the party I couldn't stop her from bringing him they were already thirty minutes away from the house.

Anyway, the people that had arrived were all chilling in the living room, it wasn't a lot of people just some good friends, my brother, Jess and some coworkers we could associate with then there was my other best friend, Galena Thomas.

We met in college twenty-three years old but, contact with her was hard since she was an anesthesiologist up in Harlem but, with the contact we maintain she always has time to come and see me and Jess.

Next, we have Michael Hornet. The ultimate playboy of the group of five he was a neurosurgeon living in Tennessee and chasing women's skirts you could tell from how he looked and his accent he's from the Carribean Islands I think he said he's from Trinidad can't remember at the moment I mean who wouldn't blame him from being a playboy look at him he was fine as hell. And he was a complete tattoo freak. Just look.

Then you have my friend Kim who has some history with Michael they claim they hate each other but, it's all a front because everytime they are left alone they always get caught somewhere messing around. Kim is a fashion designer in California she somehow has a lot of time on her hands don't know how, she just does. I just realized that all my friends are thick as hell. Me and Kim met a club a few years back and continued to be good friends.
