Puppy

You sit on the couch with a grin plastered on your face. You started thinking of names for the dog that you're going to adopt when you heard the door open and shut, you knew it was Donny. You walked to the front door to see your amazing boyfriend, you ran up to him and gave him a million kisses and an enormous hug.

"Hey babe." You said still having your arm's wrapped around his neck, "Hey y/n." He greeted, kissing you on the lips before letting out a tired sighed. "So let's talk about the whole dog thing." Donny said picking you up and walking with you still in his long string arms over to the couch. He sat down first before pulling you on his lap, your eyes staring into his. "So what about the dog?" You asked already knowing what he was probably about to say.

"y/n we can get a dog, it's just I don't want a huge one." He said speaking out. "But babeee, I love big dog's and a small dog really won't do anything besides Golden Retrievers are not the big." You groaned, giving him a pouty face it always works.

"But it's poop is going to be huge, plus it's fur and when we travel not many people are going to want to watch a big ass dog." Donny said speaking some what of the truth but you are not backing down from this.

"I'll pick up his shit and I'm sure someone from my family will watch the dog and the dog can get a hair cut oh and I'll be picking up whatever fur it sheds." You talked back and blabbered. You really wanted a dog but you feel like a 10 year old asking your parents for a dog. You watched as Donny close his eyes and let out another tired sigh.

"Okay, If you are really against it then let's not get it I feel like a kid begging their parents for a damn dog and I don't like that it's fine." You said removing yourself from his lap and walking towards the kitchen to get yourself some water.

You were speed walking because you knew Donny will follow you but you just wanted to be alone.

Sure enough, you heard his foot steps following you behind. You open the the ref and grab a small bottle of water, not in the mood to talked anymore. "Y/N, let's talk." Donny said while staring at you.

You ignored him and made your way to the living room again, sitting on the couch to watch a movie. You just want to be with someone whenever he's away and you want it to be a dog.

You are getting a dog whether he likes it or not, It's going to be your dog he doesn't have to do shit for it.

"Babe." He groaned but you ignored him again.

He continue to talking to you and you didn't even throw him a glance. "Donny I'm getting a fucking dog and it's going to be a Golden Retriever. It's going to be my dog, you don't have to do shit for it I will take care of it and nothing you do or say is going to change my mind. I am a grown ass women and I can decide what I want to do." You said in one breathe.

"I know, I know and I love you for that but I will just help you out with your dog since you clearly don't want to get one with me. I make it both of our responsibilities and I  want you to know I'm sorry for making you feel that way that was not my intent at all." Donny said walking to the other end of couch before sitting.

"Donny, I just said that but I didn't mean it. If you want to adopt a dog with me, then lets go!" You said, giving in and moving towards him.

"Really?" He asked with a small smile, looking down at you as you place your head against his shoulder.

"Really." You replied and he kissed you.
