We had just woken up. "What time is it?" I asked. "8, she should wake up soon" Niall said referring to our 1 year daughter Aaliyah.
"Let's just stay here until we hear her" Niall said pulling me into him. I rested my head on his bare chest. "That is one of the best sleeps I've had since she was born" I said and Niall chuckled. Most of the time Aaliyah would wake up 3 or 4 times a night but she didn't last night. "She slept all night for once" he said and I agreed.
I sat up in bed and Niall did too. I looked towards the doorway and Aaliyah was crawling towards the bed. She crawled to Niall's side of the bed and he picked her up sitting her on his lap. "Did you climb out of your cot?" He asked and she giggled. "I'm guessing that's a yes!" He said tickling her.
