Sam's POV

I pried my eyes open, I felt blood run down from my forehead, my head pounding in my ears, one of my eyes were swollen shut

I heard a door opened and then shut again, I quickly scrambled for the colt which was at my feet, I grabbed it as soon as the door on the impala was ripped off, I pointed the gun at the old man, his eyes were black "Stay back or I'll kill you, I swear to God"

"You won't, You're saving that bullet for someone else" He grinned

I clocked the colt "Wanna bet?"

The black smoke left the man mouth and he fell onto the ground, I realised a breath and put the gun back to safety letting my head fall back on the seat

"Oh my god did I do this?" the man asked in disbelief

"Dad" I groaned, I moved my head towards him, no response, I looked behind me at Dean and Skylar "Dean?" Nothing "Skylar?!"

General POV

Helicopter flew over head, blocking the sun, Paramedics rushed over and pulled John out first, then Sam as he was trying to stumble away from the car trying to get Dean and Skylar out, They tied Sam to a stretcher and tried to calm him down, Firemen pried the door off and got out the two siblings in the back

Sam would never forget seeing them like that, Skylar's face unrecognizable. Glass in her hair, Dean's arms wrapped around her to protect her, it was like they were frozen in time

"Tell me if their okay" he demanded "Are they even alive?" he cried out

Skylar's POV

I woke up in a hospital bed, I had a metallic taste in my mouth "What the hell happened?"

I looked around the empty room, I was completely confused, I pulled out the IV and made my way out of the room, I had to find Sam and Dean

"Sam?.. Dean!?" I looked down each end of the hallway of my room, I started to panic "Hello!?" I called out "Dad?"

I quickly made my way down two flights of stairs and found a woman at a desk, I smiled and sighed in relief, I walked up "Hi my name is Skylar Winchester, I  was in a car accident could you-" She didn't seem to notice me "Hello?" I waved my hand in front of her face, I backed away "Am I dead?"

I ran back up and ran to my room and couldn't believe what I was seeing, My own unconscious body in the bed, I wanted to cry, tubes were down my throat hooked up to different monitors and machines

I heard footsteps coming and soon Dean and Sam ran in, I could tell their hearts were broken by their facial expressions "Guys.." I stopped knowing they couldn't hear me

General POV

Skylar stood in the corner of her room, knowing that no one could hear her, it was driving her crazy, Dean sat down on her bed next to her and moved some of her hair out of her face holding back the tears

Soon a doctor came in "You're fathers awake"

Dean and Sam nodded "Thank God" Skylar sighed and rubbed her face, Dean and Sam went to see their father, Skylar followed

"How's Sky?" John asked as soon as they walked in the room

Dean and Sam looked at each other "Not well" dean cleared his throat

"If the doctors won't do anything, We'll have to try" Sam looked at Dean and his dad

"How?" Dean and Skylar spoke at the same time , Skylar couldn't help but chuckle "Great minds think alike" She grinned
