~Ling Bing's POV~
Even though seven years have passed from that unspeakable event, I still cannot get use to the peace and quiet, if quiet means the squeals of Hong Er and Han Ling practically hanging off of Yun Er*, such a kind person despite his seemingly icy exterior, ever since we met he became my personal physician and seeing to all of my needs health wise. At first I was hesitant about him as we practically know nothing about him, and the fact that he will not be able to give an heir* but he saved my son, and for that and the fact that I know it's not an easy role I am willing to give him a chance to be the Empress...A powerful position. But we will think about how to cross that bridge when we get there, as all the trouble faded as laughter filled my ears as I leaned against Hong Yan as he leaned down and gave me nice kiss on my forehead. I prefer a quaint little gathering like we have here with a few close friends and closer family, rather than an complicated, and large banquet we usually have, that would go on for days. I much prefer we set in a gazebo drinking hot tea, warm wine , our favorite dishes, eating moon cakes*, dumplings*, rice cakes*, and tang yuan*, while I dance, Hong Yan and Han Ling play the flute and Yun Er playing guqin*. But then Han Ling went up to us with a knowing smile and wished us a good year and gave us a bow, at first I thought he was up to no good like a weasel wishing a good year to the chicken until he made an gesture for the new years money. When he finally left with the money and began to pester his unsuspecting brother and innocent Yun Xu. Hong Yan and I shared a sweet kiss during the fireworks before heading back. Hong Yan and I, while our bodies have aged our hearts have not as he laid kisses down my neck as I moaned wantonly when he began to finger my bud before sliding in his sword snugly in my sheath, while an constant thrusting motion continued through out the night while his fingers trailed all over my body, as I moaned almost as many times there are stars. When we finally finished there was little time before the light as our exhausted body fitted with each other perfectly like ying and yang despite me being a male.

I decided to rename the sequel to The Male Empress
Guys I'm thinking once I'm done with this series, I want to do another that's based off of that where it's in modern times and all the characters are reincarnated what do you think?

Happy Chinese New Year, my mom and I got in an disagreement in the date she was like it's the 27 but I said 28th, but she explained 28th was the first day of the lunar calendar but we celebrate the day before and that google got it wrong. So...the early update...thank my mom.
