November 10th

The ‘date’ with Jason went ok. Him and Tegan got along well. But the whole time all I could think about was how much I loved and missed Rosewood. I started considering a trip back, and I couldn’t shake the feeling I needed to go there. So I asked Jason how

Rosewood was. She he shrugs. “It’s wonderful now.” but he doesn’t really seem happy about it. “I don’t know.” he says. “So many memories. You know, Alison…”

I nod. “When I went there, all I could think about were the things that happened there.”

He smiles. “Yeah.” then he looks to Tegan. She happened there. Tegan yawns and I can tell we should leave soon. “Where’s the bathroom?” she asks. I point in the direction. “Thanks.” she says. “Be right back!” she skips off and I laugh.

“You used to do that…” Jason says.

“Do what?”

“Skip so gracefully…”

I laugh. “Naa. I fell all the time.”

“I know. And I loved it… it was a chance for me to catch you.”

After Tegan came back, we finished up dinner and headed home. When we walked in, Sadie was sound asleep on Ezra’s lap, and Sian and Ezra were watching Monsters Inc. Tegan flopped down on the couch and started laughing at the movie with Sian. Ezra look up at me. “How was it?” I shrug. “It is what it is.” he looks confused, but I just kissed his cheek, said goodnight to my three daughters, and went to sleep.
