Sara;

I ran down stairs at the doorbell my mom beating me there. I sat on the stairs when she opened the door although, it wasn't who I was hoping for. It was just the mailman.

I pull my caramel hair around my left shoulder my emerald green eyes scanning the street for any of my friends cars. I turn my back to my window my sister nudging my shoulder hard. I turn to her, "Just because your older doesn't mean you have to be a bitch." I say harshly. "I don't want to hear that language!" My mom chides from the kitchen. My sister, Lilly, snickers. "Being sixteen is great." She runs up the stairs after flipping her perfect curly brown hair with caramel highlights over her shoulders. Why did she get all the beautiful looks and I'm stuck with flat straight hair, okay skin, pretty eyes, but a round face.

The door bell rang and this time it was Emily. I heard my sister groaned from the top of the stairs. "Your dweeb friends are already here." I heard Emily snort. "Please! Your just jealous I'm more popular than you." My sister growled and stalked to her room and Emily and I went up stairs to my room.
