Watching you with blurred vision
Slowly, I am sinking into oblivion

The background lights form a haze
As I lose myself into a strange maze

The chaotic cosmos sucks me deep
My triviality hits hard and I weep

Nearing goodbye weighs me down
For night spreads all over the town

Slowly, I'm exploding into crystals
That will hide all my tough bristles

Melting into your soft, broken hold
It's my last warmth, for awaits cold

My will is shattering to little pieces
As the shelter of life slowly releases

I feel afraid at the open death gates
Webs of existence strangle my fates

My fragile breaths escape my body
It's time for death to finally embody

Your caresses help me through pain
I'm leaving you silently in light rain

Tonight, I'll cease to paint my scars
For it's time for me to meet the stars

Author's Note

I was listening to TFIOS soundtrack sung by Troye Sivan when I typed this poem. It's about the feelings of a dying girl. I hope I succeeded but I know this poem is trash. :/

Much Love xX
