these are some other things I have for breakfast.


I always have a protein shake.

Cereal.

Toasted bagels with either earth balance, peanut butter, or peanut butter and honey.

(Yes, I do eat honey. Other than that I'm 100% vegan.)

Pancakes.

Store bought vegan sausage. You can warm it up in the microwave, but it's better if you slice it and cook it in a skillet.

Potatoes. Fried, hash browns, or hash brown patties.

Granola bars.
