Ingredients:
3/4 C earth balance
1 C peanut butter
3 C pwd sugar
Make it:
Spray a 9x9 pan with baking spray.
Melt earth balance. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in pwd sugar a little at a time.
Pat into pan. Chill until firm.
