Ingredients:15 oz. Can of full fat coconut milk, chilled for 2 hours.
2 t pwd sugar
1 t vanillaMake it:
Put the bowl and whisk attachment from your mixer in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Poke a hole in the firm cream in the coconut milk. Pour out the liquid into the mixing bowl.
Scrape the remaining firm cream into the mixing bowl.
Add pwd sugar.
Mix 5-7 minutes.
Keep in refrigerator.
