Skylar's Pov:

"Someone's trying to look nice for her date with the queen."

Rolling my eyes at the person who stood by my door, I stared at them through the mirror I was using to take one last glance of my outfit.

Deciding to keep it simply, I wore a white t-shirt with light blue jeans and white vans since I didn't know what Alex and I would do today. All I knew was that we were going down to Earth to take a breather from Heaven.

"Well obviously, I'm not going to look like a mess." I responded to Lucas.

Stepping into my room, Lucas smiled at me before approaching me.

"You should tie your hair up in a high pony tail, it'll look nicer." Lucas said as he started running his fingers through my hair.

Deciding to listen to Lucas since he was the angel of looks, I handed him the hair tie so he could do it for me. Lucas immediately took it before tying my hair up.

"You know, you're really pretty." Lucas mumbled before letting my hair go.

"Thank you." I responded as I smiled at him.

"Do you know what you guys are going to do today?" Lucas asked.

Shrugging my shoulders, I turned around so I was facing him.

Taking a look at Lucas, I noticed that he was letting his beard grow. The light from my window seem to find its way to Lucas's face and amplifier his features.

There was no doubt that he was the angel of looks. Taylor was one lucky boy.

"Well whatever it is, I bet it's going to be great, Alex always tends to strike for breathtaking."

"Alex will be Alex and do what Alex does best." I responded.

Nodding his head, he stepped aside and gestured to the door.

"Well, you don't want to keep her waiting."

Smiling at Lucas, I knew he was right and without thinking, I ended up using my super speed to go to the living room where Alex told me to wait, but, ended up tripping over my foot.

"Didn't anyone ever told you never to run around in small places, you might get hurt." Someone said as they caught me before I hit the ground.

Helping me stand, I turned around to see that it was the one and only Alex. She always seemed to be there when I'm needed someone.

"Yea well I couldn't contain my excitement." I responded as I took a look at Alex.

As always, Alex looked incredibly gorgeous although her attired looked different from her usually outfits. Instead of her beautiful long dresses that always seem to hug her body in the right places, Alex wore a gray shirt with rip jeans. Different from me though, she let her hair down, allowing the wind to play with it.

"No dress?" I asked.

"Not today, I'm trying to blend in with the other people down on Earth. I don't really want to draw attention to myself." Alex said as she shrugged her shoulders.

"With a face like yours, you'll still draw attention to yourself." I commented as I lightly shoved her shoulder.

Rolling her eyes at me, she ended up smiling before telling me we should start heading out. As we walked out of the palace, I asked her where exactly we were going to go but Alex refused to tell me since it was a secret. I then asked her if I knew where we were going to which she responded no since she didn't want me getting memories of my past life. At the mention of past life, a question popped into my head.
