The next morning I woke to the sound of people talking. I groaned, you spend most of the night crying and you think people would atleast let you sleep til 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a Saterday. I placed the pillow over my face. If I try to suficate myself enough, then maybe I'll get some peace and quiet. Nope, they're still talking. I sighed and sat up in my bed. Looks like I better get some brunch while I'm up.

I wrapped my hair up in a messy bun. I swung open my bedroom door. Audrey's door was open, I boiled up with anger. If she has her cheerleaders over here to discuss the next upcoming pep rally, I'm going to kill someone. I stomped down the stairs and saw Jake, Jeremy, Kellan, and Blaine sitting in the living room. I got off the steps and froze. They all looked at me and smiled. Grace was in a little baby seat sleeping in the middle of the room.

I looked at them for a while then yelled,"Mom!"

My mom walked out of the kitchen with a tray of mini sandwiches. She had on a yellow ruffled shirt with her work pants on. Her shoulder length black hair was out and about.

"Rose, why are you yelling?" My mom asked me.

"Mom, why are there four boys on our couch?" I asked her.

"Your sister invited them over, something about school. So please go freshen yourself up ok?" My mom said.

I sighed and ran upstairs. I rummaged through my closet and drawers. I'm not well organized in the morning/afternoon. I put on my favorite burgendy blouse with pink flowers on it, denim skinny jeans and black uggs. I took my hair out and placed a black bow headband ontop of it.

When I got back downstairs, Audrey was sitting on the other sofa in front of the boys. She was wearing a blue leggings with a black shirt similar to mine. She was talking to the boys when I got down the stairs. I walked over to where she was sitting and sat next to her. I tries to make eye contact with Jake even though I knew he was looking.

"So what's going on?" I asked Audrey while taking a mini sandwich.

"I was just discussing to the boys that the school would like to have a New Years Eve fundraiser to help raise money to save our extra correcular classes and clubs." Audrey said.

"They're finally giving us the boot huh?" I asked Audrey. She nodded.

"What do you mean?" Jake asked.

Audrey and I stood quiet. I forgot they didn't know. Audrey cleared her throat,"Well, when you guys left we won the camp competition. However, instead of receiving the money the school took it from us. They argued that Aaron wasn't old enough to even run a school club let alone receive 250,000."

"That's ridiculous, the school knew that he was running the dance club, they can't use that as their argument." Blaine stated.

"We know. We tried everything we could, but they used the money for other purposes and now we are losing most of the clubs." I said.

"That's why we need you guys to perform at the fundraiser so people will show up. Jake, do you think you can get Adrian Sparks to perform since you're dating her?" Audrey asked.

That question caught me and Jake off guard. I began choking off of my sandwich. So word has already got out that Jake was dating Adrian. That was so fast. I just found out yesterday. Then again, word could've been out for a while now. I just haven't been paying attention to the band after Derek asking me out.

"Sure. I'll see what I can do." Jake answered softly.

The room got quiet and that is when Grace woke up. She began shuffling in her chair. Audrey greeted her with cheesy baby talk which made Grace smile. It didn't last for long and Grace started to cry. The others started to panic so I took matters into my own hands.

I picked up Grace carefully. She was still pretty small for a 3 month old baby. I craddled her close to my chest. She soon fell asleep in my arms. I looked up at the rest of the crew they looked at me with a shocked expression on their faces.

"What?" I asked.

Kellan cleared his throat,"Its just that we've never seen you like this ya'know motherly. Its so different."

"I don't see what so different about it, I'm just holding a baby." I said.

Jake stood up and walked over to me,"Can I hold her?" He walked next to me and placed his hand around my waist.

"Um sure." I answered. I handed him the baby. He rocked her close to his chest. She smiled and made little baby noises.

"Wow, you're good with babies, Jake." Audrey said walking up to us. "Right Rose?"

I smiled,"Yea." Jake looked up at me and smiled. That's when I froze up. I have to stop my feelings for him. "I'm gonna go make Grace a bottle."

I rushed to the kitchen. That was good way to get out of an awkward situation, right? I sighed, who am I kidding. There's no way I can get over my feelings for Jake, they're too strong. I really wished I'd stay out of all this boy drama. Its driving me crazy. I quickly made Grace's bottle and walked back to the living room. Grace was back in her seat and everyone returned to the sofas.

"Anybody want to feed her?" I asked.

"Uh I do." Jeremy said. I handed Grace over to him and he carefully fed her. Then the doorbell rang.
