I stood up to my feet, clapping and cheering once I seen Marcus with the ball."Come on baby boy!!! You got this!!!" I chuckled to myself, listening to his Aunt Trice cheer for him.

Out of me, Bria, Brittany and Ms.Richmond, she was definetely the loudest, and had been doing the most the whole entire game.

She was standing up on the bleachers, pulling out horns and whistles cheering for Marcus. There was even one point where she put Bria down because she was so into the game.

I looked over at the timer, watching the last seven fifteen seconds count down. I quickly put my eyes on the feild, looking at the quaterback, who had the ball.

I bit down on my bottom lip, as he passed the ball to Marcus, who automatically started making his way across the feild to the end zone.

I cupped my hands around my mouth, beginning to cheer for him, but my cheers were drowned out by the sound of his Aunt's voice.

"Take it home baby!!!!! Go nephew, that's my nephew!!" She yelled, clapping her hands. I quickly looked over at Ms.Richmond, who was trying to cheer, but Bria and her homemade poster she was holding was getting in her way.

"One time for my nigga Marcus!!" I shook my head, laughing at the sound of Chris' voice at the end of the bleachers. I looked up at the timer to see only five seconds left, before placing my eyes back on the feild.

"Come on." I said to myself. I watched him manuever his way through the rest of the players on the feild before throwing the ball through the end zone, landing himself on the ground.

The buzzer went off, signaling the game was over. I looked up at the scoreboard, automatically smiling when I seen that the score was fifteen to ten.

"Yay Marcus!!!!" Bria yelled, jumping up and down with her poster. I started cheering again, and clapping watching his team rejoice on the feild together for winning their first game.

"Congratulations champ." I stood to the side with Chirs, Brittany and Will, letting everyone congratulate him first.

His Aunt held her arms out, waiting for a hug. "Thanks Aunt T." He shifted his helmet to his left hand, before quickly hugging her.

"You did so good out there, and  you made the winning point, tryna show out." He chuckled, shaking his head.

"Mhm he sure was." Ms.Richmond started. "I'm so proud of you baby." She said, pulling him into her.

"Thanks mama."

"You run really fast!" Bria said, adding her comment on his game. He chuckled, nodding his head.

"Thanks lil monster."

Ms.Richmond let him go, wiping some dirt off his face. "Alright well, we're gunna get going, we'll meet you all back at the house."

Marcus smirked."Everybody? Why you inviting everybody over??" I chuckled to myself, watching the two of them.

"Because." She started. "You just won your first game in years, I think you deserve to celebrate a little."

"Uh huh." He said, nodding his head.

"Alright, we'll we're leaving." She grabbed Bria's hand and got her car keys out her purse, before all three of them walked away together to the parking lot.

Once they were gone, Marcus turned around to us, giving us head nods.

"Good game man." Will said, holding his hand. Marcus dapped him up, nodding.
