As expected, he took you two a fancy restaurant and bought you all the Mac and Cheese you wanted. Even after he convinced you to eat expensive steak or slimy expensive snails, you decided on Mac and Cheese.
He told you funny jokes about his friends and when you commented that Barney sounded great he laughed and laughed.
The night ended early and he walked you back to your apartment giving you a goodnight kiss before he leaves.

You spent all night sitting on the coucg watching scary movies with him. 90% of the time you were hiding under the blanket while Marshall laughed. You talked to him about first dates and he said they're overrated. So we just stayed home and watched movies.
Everytime you screamed he hugged you tighter, making you feel better. Halfway through the movie he decided to go make popcorn leaving you alone with the movie.
When he came back he found you hiding under the blanket, shaking.
He hugged you until you fell asleep in his arms and that was your first date.
