The scar

I couldn't help but smile as your hand grazed across my body.
The orange sky from the setting of the sun added to the perfect moment.
Years waiting now my wish has finally been granted, the goosebumps instantly appeared on my pale skin as your lips trailed down my neck and across my stomach, then you stop, feeling the scar.
You tensed up, you still blame yourself, a sudden coldness ran though me, the silk sheets glided from my body as you climbed out of the bed.
You couldn't even bring yourself to look at me whilst sliding your stone washed jeans back on and heading out the door.
I couldn't move all I managed was to whisper "it wasn't your fault" before you closed the door.
