Watching and Dreaming

The scene opens with Luz, Amity, Hunter, Willow, Gus, Camila, Stringbean, Ghost, Clover, and Emmiline on the platform inside of the Titan's skull. Y/n and Chot-San are also present. The platform suddenly starts to shake, surprising everyone.

Y/n: What's going on?

[Ghost hisses. The scene cuts to a view of the platform from further away, and then fades to Gus, Willow, and Hunter. Pink strings drop down from above and wrap around their arms.]

Hunter: Huh?

[The trio gets pulled up by the strings. Willow and Gus gasp and scream as this is happening, with Willow briefly reaching upward to keep hold of Hunter's hand. The scene cuts to Camila, Ghost, Clover, Emmiline, and Chot-San getting pulled up by similar pink strings. Camila cries out as she hugs the palismen tight. The scene then cuts to Luz, Amity, and Y/n.]

Luz: Mamá!

Y/n: Amity!

[Pink strings wrap around Amity and pull her up as well, causing her to cry out in surprise. Luz tries to reach her left arm out towards Amity, while Y/n tries to reach out towards Luz.]

Luz: Amity!

Y/n: Luz!

[A bright flash suddenly appears behind them. They turn around to look at it, and they close their eyes as the flash is too bright. The screen turns white. When the flash fades, the entrance to the In Between Realm appears.]

Luz: What happened?

Y/n: Where are we?

[Luz's right hand and Y/n's left hand appear on screen as they try to reach the portal.]

Papa Titan: [echoing] Hey!

Luz: We were just about to enter the Archives...

Y/n: And rescue Eda and King...

Papa Titan: [echoing] Luz and Y/n, humans!

[The scene cuts to a close up view of the Titan's eyes and nose, with the Titan still alive. A creature resembling Hooty can be seen coming out of his right eye socket.]

Papa Titan: You both have to wake up.

[Scene turns white. Once the flash fades, Luz and Y/n's faces appear on screen, eyes shut. Their eyes then shot open. The sound of heartbeat thumping can be heard in the background. Cut to a POV from further away, which shows Luz and Y/n inside the throne room of the Emperor's Castle. They are both sitting on Belos' throne and wearing his outfit. Above them, the heart can be seen beating. The title of the show then appears on screen. The eyes of Owlbert in the logo flash blue before the title fades away.]

Luz: [grunts] How did I get here?

Y/n: Qu'est-ce qui se passe? (What's going on?)

[Luz and Y/n look down and notice that they are wearing Belos' outfit. Shocked, they both gasp, then yell out in fright and fall backwards, landing on the ground in a sitting position. They then look up at the throne.]

Luz: What is this? Is- is this a dream?

Y/n: Un cauchemar, peut-être? (A nightmare, maybe?)

[As they speak, Stringbean and Chot-San appear from behind them and nuzzle against their ears, causing them to wince in pain.]

Luz: Ow!

Y/n: Aïe ! (Ow!)

[The scene cuts to a closer POV of Luz, Y/n, Stringbean, and Chot-San.]

Luz: Stringbean, it's you! Are Mamá and the others okay?

Y/n: Et Vilador? Est-il en sécurité? (And Vilador? Is he safe?)
