Summary: In 1630 New England, panic and despair envelops a farmer, his wife and their children when youngest son Samuel suddenly vanishes. The family blames Thomasin, the oldest daughter who was watching the boy at the time of his disappearance. 2. Hereditary (2018)
Summary: After the matriarch of the Graham family passes away, her daughter's family begins to unravel cryptic and increasingly terrifying secrets about their ancestry. The film is a slow-burning horror masterpiece that is equal parts unsettling, terrifying, and emotionally devastating.
3. Documenting the Witch Path: (2017)
Summary: Three young documentary filmmakers find out about a place called 'The Witch Path'. Its leads to a lake known as 'Witch Lake' where, in the 17th century, innocent women were drowned when they were accused of witchery.
4. Merlin: (2008 - 2012) - I have already watched this but it's fantastic!
- Summary: The unlikely friendship between Merlin, a young man gifted with extraordinary magical powers, and Prince Arthur, heir to the crown of Camelot.
5. Midsommar: (2019)
- Summary: What begins as a dream vacation in a place where the sun never sets, gradually turns into a dark nightmare as the mysterious inhabitants invite several friends to participate in disturbing festive activities.
