Next day...

Amber's POV

Today's day where Ashtray gets released, I'ma miss this womanizer. We were in the halls a door away from nor seeing Ashtray for a while at least. Saying our final goodbyes before they walk out the door with the guard.

"I'ma miss your fine ass." Fea said hugging Ashtray.

"Fea, get your hands off my ass." Ashtray said pulling away.

"It felt exactly how I imagined it." Fea responded grinning.

"Alright my turn." Tess said playfully pushing Fea away. "Ashtray when I come out this bitch I'm coming straight to you for my first meal, you better not disappoint."

"I'll be waiting." Ashtray chuckled.

"See you soon, bro." Tess said smiling dabbing them up.

"See you soon Tess." Ashtray said returning the smile

"Okay now it my turn." I said and Tess backed away. "Ashtray." I said placing my hands on both their shoulders. "Luv, I too I'm coming for my first meal and Ashtray, it better be good." I warned and they chuckled.

"It gon be good, don't worry bout it." They reassured me.

"Better be." I warned one last time. "I'ma miss you and your lame ass jokes." I sighed.

"See, I told you."I heard Mia say.

"I don't care what y'all gotta say I'm the funniest mother fucker alive." They stated, making us chuckle.

"I'ma let you live with your delusions." Mia chuckled.

"I'm proud of how mature you've become and I'm super proud of you for following your dreams." I continued. "I wish you nothing but the best on your new journey Tray.

I know Ashtray since they got here, almost three years ago. I knew how hard their recovery was for them. Words can't define how proud I am, right now.

"Thanks Am." They said before we hugged them tightly after a few seconds I pulled away giving my place to Mia.

She walked up to them, they just stood there for a few seconds staring at each other for a few seconds, as her eyes became glossy. Ashtray noticed and pulled her into a hug.

Damn, they gon make a bitch emotional.

Ashtray's POV

This is harder than I thought it was going to be. I'm not ready to not see her pretty face everyday anymore.

"I didn't think I'd cry." Mia chuckled pulling away. "I do find your jokes funny, they're lame but that's what makes them funny." She admitted wiping her tears.

"I knew it." I chuckled.

"Thank you for everything, thank you for being there for me even if I wasn't the nicest." She expressed. "I really couldn't have done it without you, I'd probably would've tried for seventh time."
