In the serene and disciplined world of the Gusu Lan Clan, an unusual pair of newcomers arrived : Wen Qingh's brother, Wen Chao, and Wen Ning. They had come to study in the Cloud Recesses, becuase their father wen Ruhan wanted them to study there and have a eye on lan family as he already marry their daughter there but she is no use becuase lan wangji don't take he as his wife so Wen Ruhan sent his both sons to watch on Lan Clan........

As they wandered through the pristine grounds of the Cloud Recesses, they couldn't help but notice a figure that stood out among the tranquil surroundings. Wei Ying, with his unruly hair and carefree demeanor, was like a vibrant splash of color in a monochrome world. Wen Ning, who had only heard stories about Wei Ying's audacious exploits, was immediately captivated by the young man's presence.

Wen Chao, on the other hand, was drawn to Wei Ying by a different allure—the beauty that radiated from him like a rare gem. Unable to resist his fascination, Wen Chao approached Wei Ying with a charming smile. "Greetings," he began, his voice smooth and practiced. "I'm Wen Chao, and this is my brother, Wen Ning. We're new here, and you seem to be quite... interesting."

Wei Ying, always open to making new friends, returned the smile. "Hello there! I'm Wei Ying. It's a pleasure to meet you both."

Wen Chao and Wei Ying began chatting, with Wen Chao finding himself increasingly enchanted by Wei Ying's charisma and easygoing nature. He couldn't help but admire the way Wei Ying seemed to defy the rules with a mischievous twinkle in his eye.

Just as their conversation started to deepen, a presence interrupted them. Lan Wangji, ever watchful of Wei Ying, appeared like a guardian, his expression stern. He addressed Wen Chao and Wen Ning with a cool detachment. "Wei Ying is my future partner. I would appreciate it if you both refrained from getting too close."

Wen Ning's heart sank at the words, his burgeoning feelings for Wei Ying abruptly dashed. He had heard tales of Wei Ying's kindness and charisma, and now that he had met him in person, his admiration had grown into something more.

Wen Chao, on the other hand, was not so easily deterred. He had always been fiercely competitive, and the idea of someone else claiming Wei Ying only fueled his determination. He forced a smile and replied, "Of course, Lan Wangji. We wouldn't want to intrude."

As Wangji led Wei Ying away, Wen Ning couldn't shake the disappointment that welled up inside him. He turned to Wen Chao and said, "We should respect Lan Wangji's wishes. Wei Ying is important to him."

But Wen Chao, his eyes filled with envy and determination, (thought to himself), "I won't let Wangji have him without a fight. Wei Ying is too precious to let slip through my fingers."

Wen Chao and Wen Ning, left the place and wen chao still brimming with the desire to claim Wei Ying for himself. Their destination was the quarters of Wen Qingh, the first wife of Lan Wangji, who had been living a life of solitude in the Cloud Recesses.

When they reached her chambers, Wen Chao's impatience and frustration got the better of him. He burst into the room without ceremony, anger seeping into his voice as he confronted her.

 "Wen Qingh, how can you be so reluctant? It's been a long time since your marriage to Lan Wangji, and you haven't found a single way to enter his room! You are the first wife of Wangji, but you live here like a servant of the Gusu Clan."
