18th April: Miami Grand Prix
"So your sister isn't coming down this weekend?" Max asked, they were sat down at one of the tables in hospitality for the all inclusive breakfast which wasn't that great considering the intense diet plans they had to follow.
Daniel shook his head, taking a piece of bacon off maxs plate and eating it himself, "Nah mate, Adam has some meetings scheduled."
"So she isn't coming because he's busy?" Max quizzed not really understanding why that meant she couldn't come.
"Pretty much." Daniel responded, it didn't bother him so much because he knew that Olivia didn't really understand formula one anyway and his parents usually went or his girlfriend, "I feel like you'd know better than me these days, she's mentioned you a few times."
Max gulped, changing the subject "You like this Adam guy?" He had googled him about a thousand times, everything online is so.. fake.
"He makes my sister happy, he's not my favourite but he sure is hers," Daniel smiled, honestly when is he not smiling, "I had never seen her so in love."
Max raised a brow, "Had? Past tense?"
Daniel shrugged, "He just like swept her off her feet man, they were taking over the world. I think it's kind of just slowing down now, I don't see them together much anymore because he's busy. So I can't really comment on at the moment."
"Right. Right." Max nodded, Daniel was a little suspicious of him. He'd been asking about Olivia every time they were with each other and it was... unusual. But he was also grateful he had someone in Monaco to keep an eye on her, so he didn't outwardly question it.
