"I just came to drop my sister's things because apparently she's staying over." Drew stood at my doorway in a navy shirt and dark blue jeans. He looked so cute when he was confused. His eyes swept over me and then he quickly looked away, coughing slightly. I pulled his hand to pull him inside.

"Yes Bee was just too excited to let me go." I teased.

"Gee and to think I'm her brother." He rolled his eyes. He dropped the bag at the doorway and followed me to the living room.

"Hey Brook." Drew greeted as he saw my friend.

"Hey Drew what you doing here?" She asked.

"I came to drop my sister's things, oh and that reminds me Jane sent some food." He rushed out to get a second bag I hadn't noticed before. He took it to the kitchen and both Bee and I followed eagerly.

Drew set the bag on the kitchen island, while we watched eagerly as he took out the dish. Brook had joined , no doubt having felt lonely by herself.

She perched on a stool as I picked up Bee so she too could sit down. As there were only two chairs Drew and I were left to stand. Immediately my nose filled the the aromatic smell of Jane's lasagne.

"It's still hot since she practically just took it out of the oven and shoved it in my hands." Drew told us, as we eyed the food. I hopped around the kitchen gathering plates and cutlery. I quickly set the plates down and immediately Drew began serving everyone.

All of us just stared at the lasagne sitting on our plates. It just looked too good to eat. Before I ate mine I whipped out my phone to take a picture. Drew looked at me weirdly.

"What?! I have to instagram this!" I defended. He laughed. It was so deep, rich and sent shivers down my spine.

"You're so weird." He said.

"Please. I'm not the weird one. Everyone else is weird, not me." I shrugged.

"Weirdo." He snickered.

"Idiot."

"Stupid."

"Pooface."

"What are you, like five?" Drew asked.

"Butthole." I muttered.

"What was that?" He sniggered.

"Butthole!" I almost shouted. Brook looked very amused at our immature outburst. Even the seven year old seemed amused.

"That's not very mature Maddi." The little girl looked at me sternly. Drew snickered. "Drewy, you're just as immature." She turned her gaze to him. This time it was my turn to snicker, as his eyes widened. Bee then turned back to her plate and dug into her food. The three of us looked at her shocked. She commanded such power at only seven years, I didn't want to think about what she would be like when she's older. Brook was the first to recover and she too began eating. Drew was the last to start, because after all she was his sister and I don't think anything like that has happened to him before.

Despite that she had him wrapped around her pinky. Whatever she wanted, he would do for her. It was adorable watching how much he cared for his little sister. He would do anything for her in a heartbeat. I couldn't help but realise that I knew Drew less and less. Everyday I discovered something new about him. Everyday a new surprise.

I smiled as I ate my food. "You look weird." Drew commented.

"I do? Well you look fat." I poked his stomach, that was anything BUT fat.

"You didn't just say that." He gasped.

"Yes I did." I taunted, preparing to make a run for it. And boy was I glad I was ready when he lunged for me, because I took off running. Laughing, I made him run round my entire house more than once.
