   You made eye contact with chrollo, and you both giggled at each other's positions, sprawled out on the bed. Both of you looked as if you just ran a marathon. the sweat, the panting, chrollos red cheeks, and you smacking your lips for water.

Chrollo sighed "You're so beautiful" he complimented for the third time, brushing hair from his face.

your face softened "You're not too bad yourself" you tried to sound nonchalant, but your thoughts such as; "his eyes are dreamy" interrupted your tone.

Chrollo snickered as you inched closer to cuddle with him, and he wrapped his arm around you. you rested your head between his chest and shoulder, listening to his heartbeat

The two of you lay there, still catching your breaths. "Would you like to stay the night?" you offered

"I'd love to, but I do have to get back to the troupe. I've been gone longer than expected. I didn't plan for this to happen" chrollo blushed

"Me neither " you both laughed once more

and it was the truth, you didn't. you didn't expect any of this to happen, not meeting chrollo, becoming close with him, getting kidnaped by his troupe, or him fucking you...none of it

Chrollo got up to re-dress himself. And you did the same. "Thank you chrollo," you caught his attention "for coming by, I mean."

"I should be thanking you." he replied slipping on his t-shirt "You've done more for me than you know y/n"

you only smiled in reply, not having a sincere response at the moment

the two of you were flustered but mostly tired. it was almost 1 am, later than the time you'd usually go to bed on a weekday.

you finished getting dressed, and escorted chrollo out of your apartment. before opening the door, he kissed you on the forehead.

he was about to leave but was interrupted by you immediately slamming the door shut. you threw your bodyweight against it, staring at chrollo who looked as if he might fall asleep. I did not just see who I think I saw

When you opened the door for him, you caught a glimpse of illumis back, standing at hisokas doorway.

you replayed the image in your mind, maybe you were hallucinating? it was a long day after all. maybe it's just your trauma from yesterday coming back to haunt you.

but then, you heard his muffled voice on the other side of the door, confirming you weren't hallucinating. fuck fuck fuck! why is he here right now?!

just when you thought the night was over, there was a brand new situation. And instead of addressing it, you just wanted to run into your room and hide.

hisoka knew illumi 'hurt you', plus, illumi and hisoka knew chrollo liked you. More so, hisoka probably heard chrollo pounding you in just a few minutes ago.

you couldn't exactly sneak chrollo past them, it'd be too obvious. but maybe it wouldn't be so bad if the four of you were in the same area. it's not like they'd all attack each other
