The New House

[The night before they moved in]

Chanyeol's POV

We had finally arrived, after encountering that strange girl.

"Wow..." Everyone said in unison, as they pulled off their masks and gazed around the living room. "Whoa..." Everyone went as they entered the kitchen. "Oh..." Everyone said as they entered the first bedroom.

"This is cool, I-" Baekhyun began.

"My room." I interrupt him.

We enter the next bedroom. Everyone looks around the room.

"This is better. I-" Baekhyun begins again.

"D.O's room." I cut him off again.

"Awesome room." D.O replies in agreement.

Baekhyun looks annoyed, and walks out of the room. We stare at him, then follow him out.

"Wow..." Everyone says, walking into the other living space.

"This place is so cool." Baekhyun says, picking up a basketball.

"Chanyeol, are you sure this was your grandpa's house? It looks too nice and new." Sehun asked, walking over in inspect the sofa.

"My parents fixed it up cause it was too run down." I reply. "I guess they went a bit overboard. I used to play here when I was young."

"It's a quiet neighbourhood. A perfect place to stay for a while." D.O commented.

I nod in agreement.

"We have a problem." Sehun suddenly said.

"What?" Baekhyun spoke for the three of us.

"No bed. What do we do?" Sehun complained.

"We'll get our beds tomorrow. Just hang in there, Sehun." D.O says as we laugh.

"Sorry. I can't stand it."

"Just make it do, little one." Baekhyun says, as he threw the basketball over to Sehun, who catches it before it hits the ground.

Later, when everyone was sleeping, I walked over to my grandpa's old chair. I felt the wood. "Grandpa... I'm here." I quietly said.

After a while D.O woke up in time for the moving truck. We were moving the any boxes from the truck into the house, and came across the sofa, where Baekhyun and Sehun were still sleeping.

"Are they all dead?" D.O said, staring at them.

"Yo, sleepyhead. Hey, wake up. Wake up." I complain, as I grabbed the nearest cushion and started hitting the sleeping Baekhyun.

"Ugh..." They both groaned as they made themselves get up. Sehun's hair was just seriously defying gravity.

"Mm.. guys, I think I smell something..." Baekhyun begins, as he sniffs the air.

"It smells nice..." said Sehun, doing the same.

"Maybe the managers brought us something." Baekhyun said, getting up.

"I'm hungry. Ah. So hungry." Sehun said, standing up and following Baekhyun.
