Name Meaning; "Toncka" means praiseworthy or beyond praise. I chose it because in my headcanon, Slovenia is like the definition of "you never saw it coming". Her name, her landscape, everything makes it seem like she's a really innocent a beautiful person but she's really just somebody who would commit a felony just for a good laugh and get away with it because nobody even knows of her existence and she leaves nothing behind. "Župan" means "head of the district" which, speaking she's a countryhuman, I thought fit well.
