| Albino Countries |

⇾ Cyprus, South Korea, Chosŏn, Finland, and Georgia all have albinism.

Added country;

► Israel 🇮🇱  

►  Jersey 🇯🇪 

► Mayotte 🇧🇱

► Faero Island 🇫🇴

► Guernsey 🇬🇬 

And I'm mostly going with this because they have a white background as their flag, and I thought that would fit well with their flag design. [For example; if South Korea is albino I can have his eyes be heterochromia blue and red it'll be obvious what he's representing because he physically looks like his flag. Or Cyprus if I have them with albinism or poliosis so their hair is purely white where I can add a hairline of the outline of Cyprus like one on their flag and you'll understand what they represent.]

► It does not affect countries such as Greenland, Madagascar, Algeria, etc. because they do not have a white background like the ones mentioned. While they do have white in their flag, it is not their background. If I did that for every country with white in it's flag, there wouldn't be much unique apperance speaking many countries fall under the category of having white in it. 

► Countries like Russia and even Czechia/Czech Republic, for example, have a white strip at the top, so they lack pigmentation at the top of their hair. Estonia has a white strip at the bottom of her flag so she's mainly affected by having waardenburg syndrome in that the lower part of her body [mainly her legs]. There is little stuff I do to incorporate flags into their characters.

► Those with a white stripe in the middle of their flag [Austria for example, France, UAE, etc], or those with flags like Bahrain or Malta don't take affect to this because I wasn't sure how to include it.

► Japan is not Albino simply because I already have a design I want him to have and establishes the design before making this HC.
