I kissed John goodbye and left with Rose.
"How is Mason?" I asked her.
She smiled big "that good?" I chuckled.
"Oh yes, and he makes me laugh."
"And your mother-in-law?"
"I love her, she is the best mother-in-law there is."
"I doubt that. I believe mine is even more amazing."
"Oh yes, you are very lucky."
We arrived at the meadow where the horses were grazing. "Are you sure about this Rose?" I asked her.
She bended closer and whispered "I need to protect our Queen. If I need to ride a horse for that then yes."
"I didn't' change overnight, I am still the same."
"I know Flo. But he is right."
I groaned because I know they were right. But I got so used to my independence. "Let's go, we need to be back at 10am. Big pack meeting."
We mounted our horses and ran to the ranch. After our 40-minute trip we arrived, and we left the horses back in the stable.
"I'm going to say quick hi to Simon."
"I'm coming with you. Are you going to tell him that Zane is here?"

"Yes, and thank you for the help yesterday."
"How did Jerome do it?"
"I don't think he will ever ride again. And the horse will be grateful for that."
He turned to Rose "nice to see you again Rose."
"You too Simon, did you think about John his proposal?"
"Yes, I did. I think I want to speak first with Zane. And I only say yes when Flo is staying. I need someone who knows what they are doing with the horses."
"Zane wants to talk with you too. And Flo is definitely staying, otherwise we would have a King going nuts." Rose smirked.
Simon frowned and looked at me "what are you saying Rose?"
"She and John are mates."
"You are?" he stepped closer to me while I nodded. He pulled me in a hug "I am so happy for you."
"Thank you, Simon. And I let Zane know where to find you."
"Okay, just warn me when he is coming."
