"DANE ROMEO MARCELO SOMEONE GET THAT BITCH" I shouted as people start running up to see the commotion they probably came up cause of the gunshot, my dad looked at me as I held Aphrodite in my hands  "get the ambulance or something please for fuck sake please do something hurry" I feel tears flow  "your mom already did, they are 5 mins away okay hold on" he comes over to soothes me  "Aphrodite stay with me please, I am sorry I am sorry please don't die on me" I begged and cried  

"she is one quick ass bitch we lost her" Marcelo came in  "I don't care if you don't get any sleep find that bitch" I pointed my bloodied hands at him  "I will brother I promise I will but right now Aurora isn't okay she is traumatized, mom can't even calm her down let me do this first and we will deal with Lucy later okay" he looked at me  " go find her now" I ordered and I hear the ambulance downstairs. I scooped Aphrodite up and ran downstairs where the ambulance is

"Aphrodite you are gonna be okay alright I will come see you soon" I say to her and kiss her forehead before rushing back into the house to start looking for that bitch  "Dane follow Beatrix to the hospital and update me about Aphrodite" I push him out to get in the ambulance  "will do" he shouts back and rushes in the ambulance and they drive off 

"Marcelo Romeo start doing your shit" I ordered them while my dad send the guest away, I walked to Aurora's room who is with my mom  "Aurora" I walked in but my mom blocks her eyes from looking at me  "go clean up and come back" she says and continue to soothe her  "I am sorry" I apologize and walk out and enter my room to clean all the blood off 

After cleaning up I went back to Aurora's room  "how is she" I asked my mom trying to put her to sleep  "not good, she is traumatized" she sigh  "I will take care of her mom, go freshen up" I help her up from the bed  "alright I will back in a bit"  she walks out. 

"princess you are okay alright" I soothe her  "Leo is she okay" she looks up at me with teary eyes  "she will be princess" I hug her  "she was hurt Leo, she was bleeding so much" she says in a shaky voice  "I know I am sorry I couldn't protect her I am so sorry princess" I apologized  "is not your fault, its the evil witch I knew she was evil she hurt Aphrodite" she cries even more "I know I will do my best to find her and make her pay" I hug Aurora tight in my arms 

"try and sleep princess I won't leave I will be here" I whispered  "I can't" she sobbed  "try princess I will be here just call out for me if you get nightmares" I reassured her  "I am scared" she holds on to me tighter then before  "I know you are I know I am here" I soothe her and tuck her in  "promise me you will stay" she looks at me  "I promise" I pat her head and put her to bed. Once she was asleep my mom came in and took over while I went to work 

"did you find her yet" I asked Marcelo as I walked in the study  "is hard brother I need time okay" he looked at his laptop stressed out  "I want her in my basement by tomorrow" I ordered  "brother is not easy, she switch off her phone and we are trying our best" Romeo glares at me  "do what you can to find her" I say coldly and walked out to leave  "son" my dad call out for me  "what" I looked back  "Aphrodite will be okay, we will find Lucy and make her pay but stop stressing your brothers out so much they are trying their very best" he sigh  "I need to go see her" I open the door and rush to my car 

I sped to the hospital not caring about my own life at this point , after about few minutes I was parked in front of the hospital  "how is she" I rushed to Dane and a crying Beatrix  "she is still in surgery" Dane sigh and soothe Beatrix  "did you find that bitch" Beatrix looks up at me  "we are trying" I answered  "how is it so hard to find her she was your girlfriend" Beatrix shouts  "Beatrix lower your voice we are in a hospital" Dane calms her down  "I never cared for her , so I wouldn't know where she would be right now" I bluntly said .

"You are a fucking asshole" she curses at me  "what did you say" I glared ate her  "dating a psycho when you told me you actually like Aphrodite but you just up and left her heartbroken you are a total asshole, you couldn't give her a chance but you could date a total psycho bitch" she stand up glaring up at me  "look here, I had my reasons and that is to protect her from any harm" I mess with my hair  "protect her from any harm?" she scoffed  "you broke her heart into pieces and never even gave her a proper explanation on why you don't want to date her that was enough harm caused right there" she gives me a death glare  

"Beatrix as much as I want to argue with you right now, your best friend is in surgery fighting for her life why don't you worry about that first before being so concerned about what I did" I gave her a death glare  "alright let's not argue here okay we will sort this out later" Dane calm both of us down , the doctor walks out of the operation room not long after our little argument  "how is she" I rushed over to the doctor  "she lost a lot of blood but she will be fine her cells will generate more and the surgery went well and she is currently still unconscious, if you want to see her now you can she is in room 101" the doctor gave us a tired smile  "thank you" I shook the doctor's hand and start heading to find for her room. 

"I have to bring Beatrix home to change and grab some clothes and essential for Aphrodite for when she wakes up, will you be okay on your own" Dane asked  "yeah sure I will be fine" I sigh and open the door to the room. I walked in to see her laying unconscious peacefully laying there my heart broke at the sight of the machines around her, if only I protected her well and if only I never left, if only I was brave enough to tell her I love her and I want to be with her despite my dangerous work life I want to be with her I want to hold her I want to wake up to her beautiful smile and face every morning I just want to spend the rest of my life with this amazing woman but with my line of work she will be my weakness and my enemies will know that and bring harm to her I will never be able to live with myself if I lost her. 

"you are important to me amore and you will always be" I whispered and kissed her forehead before drifting off to sleep holding tight onto her hands praying that she wakes up soon.
