Itsy bitsy Airachnid Part 8

After a hard battle against Airachnid, Team Prime returned to base with their friends safe and sound through the ground bridge and Ratchet then started checking them up and fixing what needed to be fixed. After he was done with the other Autobots, he then started checking Emily for injuries and started to have a little chat with her about what he was just told as he noticed the small cut under chin to which he gave her something to cover it up to avoid infection.

"Of all the bad ideas you had, this was certainly the worst of them all. But I'm glad you came back in one piece." Ratchet told her but smiled as he let her down from his table using his servo as she jumped down from it and looked up to him with a smile as Miko, Jack and Raf walked up to her.

"Good thing we all did." Miko said as she stretched her arms up.

"You should've seen the look on your face when you were covered in web." Jack snickered as the Autobots looked at them as Optimus, Bulkhead, Bumblebee and Smokescreen had to admit that Miko's reaction was pretty funny.

Miko blushes in embarrassment before she hits Jack on his arm for it and huffs.

"Ow. I was just kidding." Jack winced as he rubbed his now sore arm.

"Jerk." Miko huffed as Raf shook his head at them

"Stop fighting, you guys, we should all be thankful that we all came back unharmed." Emily nodded to what Raf said. Even though she got hurt in battle, they still all came back in one piece.

"And for that I'm very grateful. You all put yourselves in danger to save us. I thank you all for your bravery." Optimus smiled down at them warmly as the kids couldn't help but smile back.

"Hey don't mention it." Jack chuckled softly.

"We all did what was right." Miko grins happily.

"Yeah, we'll always have your back." Raf smiled as Bumblebee came up to him and beeped that he was glad.

"I should be grateful too. After all, if it wasn't for Emily, I would've been turned into scrap metal. I'm sorry I rushed in like that, sir. It was irresponsible." Smokescreen smiled down at Emily before he looked at Optimus and apologized as Optimus nodded for him to not worry.

"Today we all made mistakes, Smokescreen. But by doing so, we learned a valuable lesson. No matter what happens, we can always count on a friend to help. Including our little human friends." Optimus smiled towards their little companions but more importantly Emily as the kids were talking.

"Hey, Emily, can you tell us how you escaped?" Miko asked her curiously as Emily laughed nervously.

"If I tell you, you might laugh." Emily said while rubbing the back of her head.

"Go ahead. We could use some laughter." Jack told her as she smiled and sighed before telling them what happened after she got captured.

"Okay. Well, Airachnid had me trapped in her web. She tied me up so well that I could hardly move or make a sound." Emily shuddered at the feeling of the web that was against her mouth before as the Autobots looked to them to listen to what happened when Emily got captured.

"I know the feeling." Jack shuddered remembering the first time he got caught in the web.

"We all do." Miko pulled a face that she didn't like the feeling of being caught in a web before she and Jack noticed the look on Emily's face and laughed nervously.
